Vacation rentals in Houtskär

At Jalmari’s place, we had such a beautiful view of pine trees and archipelago. We had access to a small dock for a night swim in between our sauna rounds. Can’t ask for more. Jalmari was very helpful with instructions. He came in person to show us how things work around the place and made sure that the sauna was hot when we arrived. Very kind host :)

Lovely and quiet place. Beautiful views, fun to watch boats sail by. Easy to get help from the host if needed as Heidi lives next door.

No words for how wonderful this place was, but I’ll try. The cabin has its own sweet little beach and is extremely private without being cut off from people should you require it. It is a peaceful, quiet, serene paradise. The main cabin has everything you need for sleeping, cooking and hanging out. Wood fire is great. Lots of staple food stuff in the pantry. Comfy bed and couch. Sauna/chill out cabin nicely done. Roomy sauna. Hot water. Comfy chairs. Outhouse toilet very easy to use, and so quaintly decorated. It’s adorable. Malin was a fabulous host. She even took us hunting for mushrooms so we would know what to eat and where to find good ones. Excellent hints also about how to view the northern lights. The setting is idyllic. We spent 4 days relaxing here and thought it was heaven. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Definitely highly recommended and thanks so much Malin for your thoughtful touches and for being such a great host.

The cabin is beautiful and the location is absolutely serene. On top of that, Jon is a great host, very proactive and responsive. We couldn't have been happier with the stay.

The place to stay was a little walk from Moominland. Perfect for 2 people! :)

The location, cleanliness, and price made it a great stay.It was difficult to open the door and the lock was stiff, but it was quickly resolved.The host was also friendly.

It's a great place. Good location and cozy place to stay. We are actually planning to book for this coming summer at least spending weekends at the heart of Turku. Love this place, the host are so friendly and everything is excellent.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰❤️
