Ralph has a beautiful place. Very clean and the hosts were very helpful. We will be back!

The place was neat and tidy. Great view of KY Lake. Parking area was large and capable to accommodate a boat/trailer. The neighborhood is laid back and perfect for golf cart cruising and/or boating and lake activities.

Stayed for a week for a fishing tournament and our stay was very comfortable. We were close to Paris Landing Ramp and close to town. House was cozy and we will definitely stay there again. Brianne was a great host.

Gena and Tim were fabulous hosts! They were extremely welcoming and accommodating for our needs traveling with two bass boats. The house was cozy and clean, beds were so comfortable and kitchen had the essentials so we could enjoy home cooked meals during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was friendly. We will definitely be looking to stay here again next time we come to Kentucky Lake!

Definitely would recommend, I’m working 3rd shift in the area. And the black out rooms and quiet area really helped me get some great rest.

Great comfortable spot hidden in the Tennessee hills. The description didn’t mention it but it should, on the last night before bed I looked outside through the bottom level window and saw multiple deer crossing through the base of the hill. It’s always fun to see wildlife. Great place to stay, would definitely book again on another visit.

Staying at Jana’s was such a blessing! We are building in the area and to have a home base to cook, do laundry, rest, and enjoy our evenings is so crucial for us right now during the stress of building and caring for a small farm while not being able to stay on site yet. Her home was so full of love and care towards meeting our needs. Stocked fridge, toiletries, laundry soap and so much more. She has everything there for emergencies and what makes a house a home. We loved it! The location is the best in waverly. Right downtown and 6 minutes from our property. We could go back n forth with ease. She was so accommodating and clearly cared about our well being. I would highly recommend her home!

Janet's place was perfect for our needs. A bunch of friends gathered for some Jeep activities at Loretta Lynn's ranch and was glad to come back here with the comfy beds, couches and chairs to kick back in the evenings. The view of the water was so relaxing. Everything you needed was there. Rate this place in the top 90% of all the Airbnb's I have stayed in over the years!! Easy to find, beautiful drive and a very welcoming place.
