Vacation rentals with a patio in Hotham Heights

This place is better than I expected the photos make it look amazing but the proportions and design are epic you won’t be disappointed with a stay here. I stayed in apartment one. My flights were delayed so I got in between 3-4am ! I had lights on & aircon on when I arrived! Everything was super easy to get in. There are stairs with rails for anyone with different abilities. I’m unsure of wheeelchair access from outside it would pay to check before booking. The bath at the window is fabulous place ti watch sunset on the range my FAVOURITE place during my stay. Hanks to everyone in the team who has made this stay what it is from design to decor and organizing bookings. I’ve stayed in lots of air BNBS THIS IS ONE OF THE ABSOLUTE BEST EVER. If I could it’d get more than five stars just for design layout with view and respect to the other apartment apart fom parking you don’t see each other at all.

This place is clean and cozy. I visited in winter and place is warm. Coles and restaurants are in walkable distances.

This place is underrated. The photos don’t do it justice with the space and size of the apartment . We loved the deck and watching over the beautiful mountains and town. It was nice to eat at the restaurant below and you are walking distance to all the main spots in the township such as pub , bakery ovens river etc . I would not hesitate to stay again . Ella was very friendly and accomodating . I wish we could have stayed longer until next time

What a superb spot for those who love views and serenity! We only stayed the one night on the way through to visiting family for Christmas but made the most of it by bringing our own dinner supplies and really enjoyed watching the view. All of amenities are as described and there was plenty of options provided to keep you amused if you were here for a few days or more. We really appreciated the lovely bottle of local vino and chocolates left for us and felt right at home immediately. While we didn’t have time to do much but did stop at one of the local wineries on our date of departure and we’d love to come back and spend a few more days exploring sometime.

Great little spot for our family of 4 would highly recommend 👌👌 even with it being Brights busiest time of the year was nice and peaceful at the apartment 😀 then a nice short walk with the pram into town to see the sights or get food 👍 will definitely look to book again soon!!

Our family of 3 adults and 3 kids visited Mt Buller together and really enjoyed our stay at Disco 4. The house had everything we needed to cook all meals. Well maintained with all necessary amenities and was cosy with the heating. The house is a short 5-minute walk to the village centre which was great with the kids. Thank you for having us!

Perfect weekend stay! Had plenty of snowfall and was close to everything. Will be back for sure!

A lovely place on the main road of Myrtleford, the bedrooms are at the back, so not too much traffic noise. Comfy beds. Big couch. Welcome wine. Friendly hosts.

Fantastic location across the road from the lake. The house is set out great for extended families/friends with a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is well stocked and items left in the pantry are handy if you forget something, there are also plenty of games and dvd's for the kids, although we didn't use these as the weather was perfect for lake activities. Communication with host is fantastic, Anthony was very responsive. The house could do with a deep clean (window sills, skirtings etc) but we were more than comfortable and would consider staying again. Thank you Anthony.

Berrimbillah Cottage was perfect for our 3 day getaway with our dog. Jo and Howie certainly know how to spoil their guests. The cottage was spotless, spacious, very comfortable, very well stocked with essentials and some lovely little treats. Set in a rural and very quiet location the property is only a 5 minute drive to the historic town of Beechworth. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the surrounding countryside and wineries and look forward to coming back sometime in the future. We would highly recommend this beautiful property.

Great spot for a big family gathering, two houses on the one block is fantastic. Both houses were beautifully finished with everything you need, a nice short 10min walk into town. Thanks for having us.

The home was spotless, beautifully styled, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect—close to everything. We also loved the thoughtful surprises—the fresh eggs, bacon, and chocolate and delicious popcorn were such a treat! Little touches like these made our stay even more special. We will be back! Highly recommend.

Nice and light filled new build. Great location, easy walk to the Main Street.

The home was well furnished and spacious for our party of 7 adults and 2 dogs. The view of the valley from the front of the property is great. Having 2 seating areas in the house is helpful, as both areas have televisions and it was possible to watch different programs simultaneously. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen. The attention to detail is evident in every room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with ample crockery, cutlery, pans and tools. This made us feel “at home”. A good sized, well maintained, landscaped, fully fenced garden suited our 2 dogs. David, the host, promptly responded to any of our queries before we arrived at the property and while we were there, ensuring us of a comfortable and happy stay at the house. However, we have a suggestion regarding the steps inside the house. The steps need clearer demarcation to make them more visible, particularly as the steps are of varying depth. Our group of 7 was on the Great Victorian Bike Ride (500km). The house was a wonderful luxurious break for us all. Beds were soooooo comfortable
