Pam’s place was absolutely beautiful and just what we needed for our family vacation. Down to every last detail, we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the Nespresso and perfectly laid out coffee bar. Pam was very helpful and responsive to our needs, not to mention very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be looking to rent from Pam again, as I know it will be a perfect place to stay. Thank you for everything again!!

We had a wonderful time at Preston's home; it truly felt like a cozy retreat. The Christmas decorations were delightful, and he added a lovely touch with all the treats he provided for us. Preston was incredibly attentive, quickly coming to our aid when we needed help with the heater. During our stay, we took a stroll and met some lovely neighbors who were friendly and enjoyable to chat with. I wholeheartedly recommend his place to anyone looking for a serene getaway. Do not think twice about this cabin rental. The home is absolutely perfect! The kitchen has everything you need (spices, oil, tools, space, keurig, drip, all the things you hope it will have when you show up) The couch is incredibly comfortable. The beds too are amazing. Main bathroom has a very modern shower and toilet. But most of all the deck and the view are worth every penny. We spent most of our time reading and drinking coffee from the chairs on the deck. And it was so peaceful and relaxing. We had a brief issue with a power outage but a) they have a generator that automatically turned on and b) the owner was proactively communicative to let us know and kept tabs that we were okay and when the power went back on. Wish we could have stayed longer. Rent it for a day or two longer because you won’t want to leave. Thank you to Susie and the team who hosted us, we had exactly the trip we needed

We loved staying at Contentment Place. It was very home like with a cozy mountain atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable with high quality bedding and good pillows! The location was in a peaceful neighborhood that was quiet and restful. We loved the porches and spent time on them listening to the birds and watching elk peacefully graze nearby. The location was perfect for us. Our teenaged boys were minutes away from Cataloochee Ski Area. We explored waterfalls, antique shops, and Waynesville, all close by and convenient. At night we snuggled on the comfy high quality living room furniture with a fire lit to watch our favorite basketball team on the big screen TV. We will definitely be returning next year!

The cottage was a cute place and private! Our twin girls loved sitting on the covered porch. Lynne was accommodating with our reservation change and was quick with responses. It is close to Carson Newman University which is where I needed to be. Restaurants super close and a mall! If we need to come to the area again we will keep the cottage in mind. The place was clean and cozy.

Margarets hospitality is beyond anything ive witnessed in my life. We stayed during hurricane Helene. Not only did she take care of every possible need in the beginning days before the hurricane, but when we escaped via helicopter and made it to her hometown she even offered up her own house for us to take refuge when all the hotels were booked and cooked dinner for us. Not saying you will have the same luxury, but this is the highest caliber person you could possibly do business with. The property has the most beautiful views I've ever seen in my life and the house is so immaculate, there is nowhere I'd rather be in the midst of disaster or a relaxing vacation. I literally experienced both. I will be coming back with a quickness as soon as the town is rebuilt, and the property was very resilient and mostly undamaged through the brutal storm, the elevation allows for protection against any flash floods. But yes the house is incredible and hosts very attentive to needs

This house is incredible! The views are really unforgettable. We took full advantage of the balcony and hot tub. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. I love that all the rooms had their own full bathrooms and king beds (with the exception of the bunk bed room of course). Ashley provided a lot of helpful information and was very responsive when the power went out due to a big storm (there is a backup generator so we were fine!). We talked about making this an annual trip and would absolutely stay here again and again!

This cabin was just as described and was in a nice private area of the mountain. We saw 4 black bears right behind our cabin which made everyone’s trip especially the kids! We had 9 people on this trip and cabin space and sleeping quarters were perfect. The game room down stairs and the theater was a hit. Tonya was an excellent host and got back to me within minutes with any questions I may of had. The cabin is up the mountain; I say about 10 minutes up but it’s beautiful. We were about 20 minutes from Gatlinburg so that isn’t bad at all. There is a food city grocery store about 10 minutes away which is the only legit one in the area; this was great. The BBQ grill and hot tub were a blast as well. It was in the 90s during our visit and the AC worked flawlessly. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tonya!
