Lovely couple of days stop over at this little gem of a property. Very private and felt like home from the minute we arrived. Comfortable lounge area and decor spot on - would love to have a little holiday premises like this to sneak off to every now and then. Great location for restaurants around the corner and a nice walk down to the lanes. Perfect for what we required. Would defo recommend.

We loved the location, privacy and beautiful outdoor space. It helped that the sun shone all week so we could make the most of it! Easy to get to London from Egham station (twice!), and we all enjoyed The Great Park and gorgeous Windsor and Windsor Castle. Welcome hamper and ample dishwasher tablets were much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and stay again 😊

Absolutely stunning location. The house is picture perfect, very clean, quality linen, all kitchen amenities plus extras! Lovely and warm. Highly recommend staying here. We loved looking out to the sea, seeing & hearing the waves crashing onto the beach, magical.

Really lovely flat. Perfect for singles and couples alike. Great patio area, well equipped kitchen, and fab decor. Location is perfect for wandering around Brighton - pubs/shops on the doorstep plus a very short walk into the centre. Having grown up in Brighton, my preference is always to stay in Seven Dials. Will definitely stay again/recommend to others. Thank you!

We chose this for convenience - it is close to almost every Tube line. Everywhere we went was no more than 20 minutes away. I'd stay here again just for that. But it's also a clean, fairly spacious for a London flat, AND it's above a lovely pub with good food and mulled wine. This is a lovely feature if you don't feel like going out or want to leave your picky eaters upstairs while you have a decent dinner!

I cannot recommend Sarah's home enough! I visited a couple of years back and felt it was absolutely necessary not only to visit again but plan a couple of days of our trip entirely around this home and check out its surroundings more thoroughly. Sarah has mastered creating a home away from home. We found ourselves sitting around the fire at night discussing what our life would be like living in that community. It was inspirational and truly tranquil. For the first time on our trip, it felt like we crafted genuine unforgettable memories in this space and we will remember them for years to come. Sarah is hospitable, flexible, and an overall kind-hearted friendly host. This home is worth the trek and I hope our experience can convince you to give this home a go.

This was our spot for our annual anniversary trip away and it didn’t disappoint! I’ve had this Airbnb saved for a while now and our expectations were high! Save to say this place exceeded them and we felt right at home in such a beautiful building. Really appreciated the welcome gifts and nods to Christmas. Clare was a lovely host and even took a photo of us for memories which was so lovely! Thank you for a great stay, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gorgeous place.

We had a fantastic stay at the barn this November. Michelle was a great communicator for any questions I had which made the whole process effortless. The owners are lovely and the barn exactly as described. Hoping to return in the Summer to be able to take advantage of the pool.

This was our 2nd stay at Little Rock and it was just as wonderful this time. The house is well equipped & comfortable, set in beautiful grounds and built into the hillside. We almost didn't notice the storm raging across the UK, except for the power cuts during our stay. Stuart was a great host from beginning to end of our stay, very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay, especially helpful when the power went out across the region. We wouldn't hesitate recommending Little Rock and we'll definitely be back to stay.

My husband and I spent 10 days in London before a family wedding. The place worked really well for 2 people working from "home" during odd hours - plenty of room, strong enough wifi to power competing Zoom calls, neighborhood where you could still get food at 10 PM on a weeknight, etc.
