Rickey’s place is extremely clean and comfortable! Stayed for a very quick trip to see the Egg Bowl and it was really worth the money. Highly recommend!

My family and I had an amazing time celebrating our annual Christmas gift exchange. There was enough space for everyone to be together and there was areas where you could be alone if you desired. The environment was completely welcoming, and the views were amazing. I highly recommend choosing this space if you have a large family and want to be away from a crowded area. Everyone in my group spoke very highly of the space. Our event was a complete success Thank you for allowing us to book such an amazing space.

We really enjoy staying at the Manor. April is a great host, always helpful, kind and responds immediately. This is our second stay at the Manor and it never disappoints. Love the new upgrades that were done since our first stay. We are in the area twice a year and we are looking forward to staying there every time. Already planning to book for our next visit.

If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable stay this host has plenty to offer on Horseshoe Lake! We had a large group coming into Hughes and we rented three of their AirBnB’s on horseshoe lake. All three AirBnB’s were clean and comfortable. The host is great and communication is 10/10! I would definitely recommend renting any AirBnB from this host! I promise you won’t be let down.

This place is truly wonderful. The local outdoor critters were excellent little ambassadors and the kitties were just charming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will visit again soon.

I finally got my picturesque hallmark Thanksgiving trip! The lake with the reflection of the fall leaves was gorgeous. We really enjoyed seeing the geese fly in at Sunset. The house was warm and inviting and looked just like the pictures. Actually the views from the house were even better than the pictures. Our daughter and grandchildren live nearby and they were able to come and go. we had great game nights. We cooked multiple big meals throughout the week. The crazy cold weather made it very festive. The fish weren’t biting much but it was still fun to try. Gilmore was an excellent host!

This is our 2nd year as a large family staying at this home. We love it so much and hope to return every year!

If you’re looking for a beautiful, laid-back, homey, and comfortable place to stay on your vacation this is the spot. The hosts were very informative, friendly, & caring of our wants/needs. Any questions were answered at a timely manner. We loved the style of this home. It felt warm, safe, and quiet. There was a lake only a few minutes down from this spot, (walking distance!) That was a perfect touch. If you’re looking for a good fishing spot look no further. I recommend this spot for anyone looking for an accessible, adventurous, and outdoorsy spot. There is a grill, and a few tvs so bring your family. Thank you again to the wonderful hosts who gave us the pleasure of staying here.

The house is in a great location and was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the fenced in yard for our dog and the garage space. We would highly recommend the house to anyone staying in the area!

Everything was just as we expected. The location was perfect, the neighborhood was quite and the home was very cozy and comfortable. The owners provided everything that you would need.

It is a great place to stay. The house has plenty of rooms and is located in a safe neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and the house is well stocked with all the little necessities. There is plenty of parking space on the side of the house and the street. It has almost four bedrooms (one bedroom has no bed, but it is meant to be used for an office). It was overkill for me alone, but I can see how an entire family or group of people can enjoy the place and their backyard. The hosts are super responsive and very helpful. They will respond day and night right away. The refrigerator was not so clean when I arrived, and the living room floor was somewhat dirty, but I didn't mind at all because the whole place was quite fabulous to stay. I did find it a bit pricy compared to other accommodations, but I will still definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The old charm and feel of this house is what made it fun. it felt like you were back in the early 80s and 90s. Plenty of space for all 8 of us to sleep comfortably. Home is is a very quiet neighborhood not far from U of Memphis. The onwer is amazing and very responsive. would recommend this home and owner anytime.

Eric’s place was perfect for my family’s small Thanksgiving celebration! The location was wonderful and the furnishings were high quality. Will stay again!

Wow! This was one of my favorite Air Bnb experiences. What a deal it was. I ended up going to the hospital, and he checked on me several times, and offered for me to stay a few hours longer so I could get everything settled. If I need an Air Bnb in Memphis, I will most definitely come here again!

Great find! Being right between Wolfchase and Collierville helped us with visiting family, finding food and generally enjoying our time. Definitely recommended.

Bonnie and her husband were extremely hospitable. The place is absolutely amazing. It was clean exceptionally well and felt like home. You can tell that they both take great pride in this home. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

We only stayed here for a night on our way back home, but we wished we could have stayed longer! Everything about our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. The property is beautiful and serene, there are adorable donkeys on the property and horses nearby. There are so many places on the property to just sit and enjoy nature, including a pond with fish and turtles. The inside of the home was equally as comfortable and peaceful. It was very quiet, spacious and we had everything we needed. The shower and bed were great! We truly did not want to leave!!!

This place is awesome. I love the spacious floor plan, the high ceilings, the floor to ceiling windows with a view of Court Square Park, the modern decor, and the downtown location, 3 blocks south of the convention center. The sofa and the bed are very comfortable, and the apartment/condo is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, dishes, and utensils. There were more than enough towels, linen, blankets, and other amenities. Between the 2 bathrooms there is a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a washer & dryer. The building’s front & rear entrance, and the elevator is very secure, each accessible only via a key fob. The unit is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Downstairs there is a large fully equipped exercise room. On-site parking is not available, but several garages are available nearby. If you don’t have a car, there’s a trolley stop near the front entrance of the building. In town for business or leisure travel, I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a great time with our 2 youngest grandsons. Pat went the extra mile to help us with fishing the pond and the boys caught 10 bass and had action on several more that got away. Thanks for fun weekend.

Great stay, everything was as described. Great host, comfortable bed and good shower. Everything needed to travel, even had a goody bag.

This was a fabulous stay! Colleen was the perfect hostess. Wonderful southern hospitality, friendly and went above and beyond for us and our fur babies. She had treats for our pups, fresh flowers in our cottage and a few things in the fridge for convenience. The property is beautiful, private and peaceful. It is a hidden gem for certain! We will definitely be back, and highly recommend them.
