Family-friendly vacation rentals in Horsens

We were a family of four that stayed at Yves place. The place is extremely comfortable to stay at and it is close to all the attractions and activates that you want to do (legoland, lalandia, wow park, givskuld zoo and etc). It is beautiful on the outside and inside. Our kids loved the place. It was easy to communicate with Yves when we had questions. If you are going to the area with kids, select Yves place.. you won't be disappointed.

Had a lovely stay at Jacob's summerhouse, with all the amenities and warmth needed. Nice to have a closed off garden with sauna and hottub. Easy to get to the beach and into town. Highly recommend.

Super nice holiday home with close to the beach, the harbor and shopping. Samsø is in “winter sleep” so there are limited opportunities this season. But perfect if you want to relax in front of the fireplace.

The house is perfect, with the most beautiful views of surrounding countryside and amazing sunsets from the patio. We stayed here with our two children, who loved playing in the garden. My son especially loved the trampoline, zip line and visiting the chickens in the evening. We visited Legoland, Lego House, Wow Park and Lalandia - all within a 30 min drive of the house. Also visited the beach at Tirsbæk Strand which was lovely. The house was a perfect place to relax after busy days out. Michael was a great host, always quick to reply to any questions we had. We hope to stay again in the future.

Using the hot tube while it's cold and rainy with fireworks during new years eve is probably the best way to end the year. Our Hosts were super friendly and kind, the cottage is very cozy and we loved and enjoyed the cd music collection from the 80s to the 2000s on a solid soundsystem. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly, the beach is very nice, but if you are into restaurants and siteseeing you have to go to the nearby cities of Fredericia, Vejle or Kolding, which requires to drive by car. But walking through the neighborhood has its very own charm. We will for sure come again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view, location were wonderful. Also the accommodation itself was lovely and well equipped. However, we would not describe them as luxurious, but rather slightly above average. If we had to complain a bit, it was (only) ok clean on arrival. Single dishes were dirty in the closet, for example, several cups and glasses had cracks and, for example, the bathtub was not clean. In the sauna, the number of sauna bins could be increased. We still felt very comfortable and definitely recommend the place!

This is a wonderful and very comfortable house at a great location right at the long white sand beach. Our host Jesper was very welcoming and provided us with detailed instructions for all amenities of the house. Although we stayed during the coldest time, the house stayed warm thanks to the multiple heating appliences. The sauna and the fireplace are very nice additions to an already very well-equipped place. The bed was comfy and the kitchen offered everything we needed. The location is very nice - we walked the beach and took several hikes in the area. Odense is a nice town and is just a 20-minute drive away. You need a car for this location and to explore the surrounding area. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and recommend Jesper's place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the Nordic nature. Thank you!

The second time at Lissie's place and we felt at home from the time we arrived. Lovely annex. Lovely warm upon arrival and even with beautiful tulips on the table. We'd love to come again

Had very nice days in Anne's stay. Extremely friendly people, with a beautiful garden with chickens, fresh vegetables and delicious herbs. We were surprised every day with fresh vegetables from our own garden. Highly recommended. And especially if you are a music lover, we were allowed to use the music system and record players.

Very cozy little apartment in which we felt very comfortable about the rainy days at the end of the year. Quietly located, not far from the city and yet close to nature.

Loved Kennet's cabin. We were five adults and two small children and there is enough space for everyone. The wood-burning stove was enough to heat the house in a blink of an eye had the house 28 degrees. We don't need to use the electrical rating. The market is a five minute drive. Ebeltoft is a 10-minute drive. We loved the house and the place, if we would like to return. Kennet is always ready to help and answer our questions very quickly. Thank you very much Kennet, we had a wonderful winter holidays 🙏

It was beautiful days at Helle and Jan's with autumnal hikes on the beaches, through forests and along the many fields. The house is quiet, the view is great and the hosts are very friendly. We felt very comfortable, would have liked to stay longer and would be happy to come back. The place is also very suitable for colder days or nights. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kim's place! The house is so lovely same as discribed in the pictures ,very neat and clean plus the view is amazing !!! 😍 The kitchen has all the tools and I enjoyed preparing our food while looking at the beautiful view in the window . Kim was actually there when we arrived , to greet us ! Aside from the beautiful view and quite surrounding , what we love the most is that there are available activities for the kids ,like indoor swimming pool and playground. In the main building where the reception is located , has a mini store where you can find most of the things you need for your stay. The only comment we have that maybe can improve a bit is the internet connection . There are times that the connection is weak when we are watching movie , but its not that bad . All in all ,I can definitely recommend this place 💯 👌 . Perfect place for family. We definitely like to come back again . Thank you Kim 😊

We had a great week with our friends (10 adults and 11 kids)! The amenities corresponded to the photos. Particularly practical is the layout of the house: upstairs are the large living & dining area as well as the kitchen anyway. In the lower area is the pool and activity room. So we could play table tennis etc. downstairs if the kids were already asleep upstairs. The view of the horse paddock and the sea is super nice. We would have preferred to take the view home with us. The house was clean upon our arrival except for a few small things. We have clarified these directly with DanCenter. The communication was very friendly and answers came quickly at all times. The beautiful village of Ebeltoft can be reached in 5 minutes by car or about 20-30 minutes walk to the supermarket/place. Conclusion: we would definitely book the house again.

A very welcoming cottage, with lovely decor. There were all the things you could want during the holidays, such as lots of outdoor furniture, barbecue and kitchen utensils, chrome cast, etc. However, we found that the beds were of low quality which challenged the sleep during our stay. Despite this, we want to come back due to the charm and possibilities of the house.

Thank you so much for a very lovely experience! Great view of Vejle Fjord and really nice house to relax in. We enjoyed the evenings in the jacuzzi with the lights from Vejle town and Bredballe on the other side of the fjord. Great decor and lovely beds. We were 4 adults and 1 teenager and there was plenty of room for all of us. Can only give our best recommendations for this magnificent place🌟 Jette was easy and sweet to communicate with. We can't wait to come back to this gem!
