Lovely home, overlooking the fjord. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The main town was few kms away. I highly recommend this house.

Very nice stay, very complete house, spacious living room, highly equipped kitchen and very nice room. The house has everything you need and is right in the center. Very quick and easy communication. If we ever returned to Ålesund we wouldn't hesitate to come back here.

A spacious, well-maintained and nice apartment, with fully equipped kitchen, in the middle of the city center. Here it is short walking distance to both shops, restaurants, cafes and hiking areas. We parked in Aksla Parking, not far from the apartment. Although the apartment is located in the city center, it is located in a quiet area, with very little noise.

We had the most incredible stay at Monica and Vidar’s place in Flo! The house was absolutely amazing, equipped with every amenity you could possibly think of, including everything needed for a baby - a bed, a high chair, and more. It truly felt like they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Monica and Vidar are outstanding hosts who went above and beyond. When snow covered the area, they even brought slides for us to enjoy - it was such a thoughtful touch! The house itself was super warm and cozy, and the views from every window were absolutely breathtaking. We were incredibly fortunate to witness the Northern Lights during our stay, which made the experience even more magical. We visited during New Year’s, and Monica and Vidar had decorated the house beautifully - it felt so festive and welcoming. Our group consisted of three families, and everyone was delighted. Thank you guys, for creating such a wonderful spot to celebrate and make unforgettable memori

We had a great stay here. The view from the living room and bedroom the indescribably beautiful! It really went to feel like a home far away from home. Furthermore, the house and kitchen were full of comforts and the bed was comfortable. So nothing to be desired about. Volda itself is a nice village, there is light wonderfully central between the real hightlights: Geirangerfjord, Ålesund, Runde etc! And super hosts Veronica and Are also make their title more than true (Thank you!) Any time again!

Great cozy house. An older house but with modern amenities - lovely cute kitchen. A little floor cold, but with three fireplaces in the house and the legs in the sofa, you have a great time here. Some raw in the city center, but earplugs available in the bathroom fix it.

Kjetil's house was exactly as described and perfect for spending some days in the winter! Kjetil was very friendly and pleasant in communication, with also a good tip for a nice walking tour in the area. 😁 Since we were there in the winter, it was wonderful to light the fireplace, and Kjetil had provided enough wood. 🙏🏼 Highly recommended for a longer stay if you need to be around! 👌🏼

Helge's place been full of everything what we needed for our daily routine. Location and house - spot on, parking - easy fits more than two cars. Owner is super easy to get in touch with. 100% recommend for others who will look for place to stay in STRYN !!!!!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. Clean and homely. Relatively short drive to the town centre (beware of a few potholes along the way). Great place as a base for a few days to explore the region.

Only an overnight stay, arrived late and left early. The host is very nice and easy to communicate with. Very nice place with fun history, clean, neat and practical, high standard in the kitchen and bathroom and otherwise very cozy cabin. Recommended!

A great apartment in Ålesund with the most amazing host. He has such wonderful attention to detail and goes out of his way for the guests. Very nicely decorated apartment, a perfect place to stay in Ålesund. We can warmly recommend this place.

Emilie’s place is strategically located and walking distances to most of the attractions and beautiful scenery. The place is also clean, sauna is very nice after a day out. The kettle in the unit wasn’t working but it’s not a big deal as we could still boil hot waters through the gas stove. Overall quite satisfied with the place and would recommend to everyone who visiting Alesund.

We stayed at Ola's house and was the best decision when visiting the area. The house was so spacious which could host a big family too. It was very cozy and always kept warm so we really didn't need to turn on any heating system. The kitchen is very modern with induction system. All basic kitchen ware could be found. The house was sparkling clean and in the bathroom you had the option of shower, bath tub and also sauna! The magnificent view could be found all around the rooms which was awesome. I haven't had such a relaxing sleep in a while, watching over the fjord, a complete dream. Ola was very attentive and friendly which made us feel as home all the time. We went to a fishing tour with his son Ola which we found so much fun! His knowledge was surprising for such a young age and he was very talkative and friendly. A very nice young man. I can't recommend Ola's place enough. We hope to come back soon! Thank you so much Ola and Ola Jr!

Absolutely fabulous stay. The house and apartment are stunning and Kristin is the most wonderful hostess. Her family are charming. Kristin gave us lots of local information. The fruit from her beautiful garden was a bonus. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a perfect stay! Spacious and quite flat with all we needed. Friendly and proactive hosts with local hiking suggestions :)
