Love love love this location. Looks exactly like the pictures pleasantly surprised. I am one to pay attention to detail not only was a place spotless. There was a brand new shower curtain,the little things. upon arrival, day one I was a little concerned at how thin the walls were. The neighbors upstairs were a little noisy at 10 which is quiet time. I made contacted and Tim the host got right on. took care of the problem. I loved that there was a restaurant right downstairs and easily accessible. The host(Tim) and his team responded almost immediately with any questions or concerns. Thanks Tim see you soon. Very sincere

Super nice apartment ideally located a few minutes walk from Beale Street and other attractions. The apartment is spacious, well decorated and equipped. David made us feel welcome with breakfast cereals, coffee, etc. He gave us clear instructions and information, as well as useful tips. This was our first Airbnb experience and it set the bar very high for future ones! We would not hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Memphis and highly recommend.

We were surprised by the amount of space! It was a great home, quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of our event!

Max and Zac were responded quickly to a few things that came up while we were at this property. Love the neighborhood. Walkable with dogs and convenient to restaurants and Beale Street. The old commemorative newspaper about Elvis was so cool as we visited Graceland and found it filled in a lot of information we didn’t know. Great visit!

It was the perfect getaway for a brief stay with all the necessities needed to enjoy.

The area of the home was central to the locations we needed to get to. The home next door has a lot of cats, with it being cold was worried with them getting on the vehicle and under the car, didnt want to harm them.

We enjoyed our recent stay. The townhome was very easy to find, and the attached garage made it a worry-free trip. The location is convenient to downtown Memphis, but also on a quiet street. I would stay again when in the area.

We stayed five nights at this downtown condo in Memphis, and it was great. When the weather cooperated (we were there in late January), we were able to take daytime walks to nearby attractions, and if driving was required, the downtown Memphis area was easy to navigate. The condo was very comfortable and exactly as depicted in their advertising. If you want to explore Memphis and the surrounding areas, this is a great location to do it from.

unique Memphis location. close to Hotel Lorraine, Beale street and downtown beautiful place with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. only drawback is the stairs to access the living area a little hard for older people.

Andrew's condo was a great time for us. Very comfortable, secluded, clean and well kept. Great location, walking distance to Beale Street and the FedEx Forum which was in our plans! it was perfect, we look forward to staying here again the next time we come to town!

We had a great stay! Really appreciated the gated parking so we didn’t have to worry about leaving items in our car. Check in and out was a breeze and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again

Mallory and Tripp’s condo was perfect for our first trip to Memphis. It was walkable to Beale Street for great music! The instructions to access the condo were clear and their place was clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Awesome stay. Jason was very welcoming to me and my family. my only issue is that the gate code to enter through the parking garage sometime do not work. Beside that beautiful house. The area is nice. so many attractions. literally 3 mins from downtown night life..

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home look just like the photos. The rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked fine and was clean. I love the fact it was pet friendly. I was able to meet the other residents with their pets. Next time I’ll bring my two puppies. The room were just absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely book here again in the future!
