The house is as listed and clean. David responds accordingly, is friendly and helpful. The location was a short drive to both Fort Campbell and Hopkinsville business area. I would certainly stay here again.

The cottage was quaint and peaceful. Sitting on the front porch to watch the sun come up or go down, watch the rain come down, or eat a peaceful meal, it was always inviting. I stayed a week and it had everything I needed to cook a full meal and clean. The property is beautiful, feels like you’re in the country, yet everything is within a mile or two and Nashville is a reasonable drive to enjoy a show or live music. I’ll definitely watch for it to be available on my next trip to Clarksville.

This house was very comfortable and makes you feel at home. Great house layout and the new deck and backyard fence is really nice. Very clean and most of the furnishings appear very new. Great written instructions and recommendations posted in the house, so I had no questions to ask. Location is nice as you can walk to restaurants and the college. I enjoyed walking the Austin Peay College campus with our dog several times a day. For the money this is a great buy. I would definitely stay here again.

Cedrick’s house was exactly as expected. VERY clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. His pet policy is next level - extremely generous and fair. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and family friendly. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and pretty much anything else you need close by. Extremely close to Ft Campbell! Cedrick was a very responsive host, even when we had an issue with the air conditioning very late at night on a holiday weekend. I didn’t expect a response but woke up to one waiting for me early the next day. Can’t recommend highly enough!!

Beautiful house on a very peaceful lake. Kitchen was well stocked with everything from spices to coffee. Bathroom had plenty of clean towels and soaps and shampoos. We loved using the canoe, and fishing from the docks. The neighborhood felt very safe and the neighbors were very friendly. Our time got cut short from the weather but would very much look to book here again!!!

We really enjoyed having our own space while visiting our Army brats. We will definitely stay again if the kids stay in this area.

We have military family there. This was the perfect place to stay for visit! Everything you need is there and excellent price! We enjoyed our stay!!

Kathryn really saved us when we had to schedule this stay on last minute notice. Had family coming in from out of country and the place we had rented was uninhabitable! Kathryn was able to accommodate our booking last minute and provided awesome hospitality when communicating.

This stay was amazing! I absolutely loved it. Rachel and Steph were amazing hosts and made sure they attended to our every need. We will be sure to boom again when we come back!

We were in town for 3 days for a tournament. The townhouse was clean and spacious. The location worked well for us…we were within 10-15 minutes of everything we needed. I was able to work easily from the desk space and the wifi worked well. It was a great home base for my son, my husband, myself and our dog. We would definitely recommend and we will stay again next time we are in town!

We were looking for a place large enough for all our kids and grandkids with things to do on the premises so we didn’t have to travel for activities if we didn’t want to. This home provided that with the pool, arcade games and outdoor space with fire pit and yard games provided. It was very peaceful and private, everything we were looking for!

Beautiful historic home on expansive property. Perfect place for my family to enjoy Thanksgiving. Two of the rooms had small (double) beds so important to take note of that and plan accordingly. One of the showers in the full bath was only super hot water so we did not use, but there were plenty of other bathrooms to use for showering. Kitchen and laundry useful and had everything we needed. The amenities were very much appreciated (soap, conditioner, shampoo, etc)!

In a great location located by grocery stores, restaurants and Starbucks if you are a big coffee drinker like me. All within a couple minutes drive. Airbnb looked just like the pictures gorgeous home. The home was wonderful and my fur baby loved the huge backyard to play in!

The cabin was clean and so cute! It was secluded and quiet! The area was so pretty. We will definitely be back!

We were in Palmyra for a friend's birthday. Lovely Day was suggested to us when our original host in town had to pull out due to he hosting a displaced local family. Kim was happy to host us, and the space was exactly as described. The dogs and goats were friendly, and it was beautiful and quiet. One note is that although it sleeps 4, both beds and the sleeper are all in the same room, so you might want the larger space upstairs f you need separate bedrooms. Kim answered all of our questions and was perfectly charming. I would happily stay there again.

Stephen focuses on great hospitality. He is personable, but also mindful of his guest’s privacy. Unlike some hosts that manage a portfolio of listings, Stephen is singularly focused on your experience within his unit located directly under his own residence. He was responsive and accommodating throughout my time in this unit. The unit is also very nicely laid out and fully separate from the main residence. It is a converted garage/basement space that is outfitted with every amenity that you would need in a furnished apartment. Stephen also went beyond by investing in a few enhancements to maximize my comfort and that of future guests. I would stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Thank you, Stephen!

Excellent experience. Everything was clean and ready for my stay. There was an issue with the house not heating up to the setting on the thermostat; host dealt with it immediately, sending an HVAC person to fix it. Would definitely stay again.

I rented the cabin for my elderly Mother who came to see me from Stone Mountain Ga and my mother said that her mattress was the best and the accommodations were great

Sharons place was perfect for us. We booked last minute because we were waiting on a baby to be born. We had to stay an extra night and Sharon was very responsive and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable.

It was spacious and clean. We loved the kitchen and washer and dryer. Bed and couches were clean. The bathrooms were nice and updated. For a dog friendly place, it was outstanding. The instructions were very clear.
