Everything was excellent. No major grocery stores within a short walking distance, though, which was a very minor inconvenience.

Place was very conveniently located . Loved the decor and special touches . Very peaceful and relaxing. Communication was great and all instructions clearly spelled out . Highly recommend this beautiful place ! Thank you Claudia for a very enjoyable stay!

We loved staying here! It was super close and easy to get to the city. There was a fantastic view at the end of road as well. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and had food options within walking distance. We had an amazing time and Sal was very helpful and responsive. I can’t recommend this apartment more.

This was a nice place for a night stay, apartment is comfortable and cozy. The only downside was that there isn’t any parking, we had to park around several corners.

Great hosts, great place and great location. Place extremely clean. Quaint town with shopping and restaurants. Only improvement would be a hotter shower. Note that the unit has access from upstairs by the owners which is a little unsettling. No problems but it was something that we were aware conscious of. I

Samantha is a wonderful host who responds quickly to messages. She was very accommodating with our late check-out request and helped us store our luggage after check-out time. The house is warm, cozy, and clean. The two doors with locks made us feel very safe during our stay. The location is about 30 minutes from Manhattan by bus and train. While the transportation systems between New York and New Jersey are slightly different and may seem complicated at first, it becomes very easy to commute to Manhattan once you get used to it. Overall, I highly recommend this place!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at Shaun's flat. The flat is modern, elegant, clean, well furnished, well insulated in terms of noise, and located in a good neighbourhood. The facilities were super useful, both the washing machine and drier and the kitchen, and we enjoyed going to local restaurants in the Ironbound quarter of Newark. Whenever I had any questions, Shaun responded quickly and in a friendly manner. I can totally recommend staying at Shaun's flat and if I return to New York for a similar stay, I would definitely try to come back here if it is available.

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

We have stayed multiple times over the last few months. Each time, the house has been perfect for what we need. Couldn’t ask for a more responsive and flexible host. Karen was always quick to reply. The house is in a prime location for anything regarding West Point and Highland Falls especially if you have ones that need to walk from Bennys or Highland Social. Thank you, Karen for making it feel like our home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was as described and had everything you need for your stay. Dana was very quick to respond to any questions, the house was very clean and we loved the hot tub and sauna. We had a nice long weekend getaway and it was just perfect!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Viola’s. We were so happy to be in such an accommodating space where we were all able to spend time together. We loved how spacious the living room was and how big and open the kitchen was. Definitely felt right at home for the weekend!

The area is secure and conveniently located near entertainment options. The host is quite responsive. The ranch is immaculate, making it an excellent destination for families.

Yariv was a really great host and the house was perfect. More than enough space for our group of 8 adults. Everything was clean, neat and exactly as advertised. The neighbors are pretty close but they were super friendly. The lake was beautiful and we were lucky with pretty good weather. The hot tub was immaculate and a great bonus for us! Our whole group has already asked about coming back again. Yariv, thank you for helping me show my friends how beautiful New Jersey is!

We stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time! Everything was clean and like the photos. Kyle sent check in directions ahead of time that made finding the place and picking up the parking pass nice and easy. I would definitly recommend it!

This amazing property is just like showing on the pictures clean modern looking and really spacious.. It was perfect for our weekend getaway with family as there is plenty sitting areas and dining.. we highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back!

This is a great place for a base away from the noisy hustle and bustle of manhattan yet so commutable. Ken has made this condo so comfortable and has everything you need for a shorter or longer term stay with lots of attention paid to detail. My sons and I stayed for New Years Eve, and had the most wonderful stay!! We arrived early and hit the ski slopes, then checked in, had lunch and a rest, and then ski some more. After that the kids had a blast in the heated pool and hot tub, and after dinner we enjoyed a fireworks display that was terrific. The condo was SPOTLESS and very well maintained. The one and only glitch was with the keyless entry, at first it was giving me an error message, but Paul responded to my mesaage within about 5-10 minutes and straightened it out. I would love to revisit this AB&B again! Fabulous host, great location for a winter getaway!

We had a great time! The unit is an easy walk to Minerals, and the layout was perfect for our needs. Joann was a fantastic host and we can’t wait to stay again!

The description and details of the home were spot on. Spotless home; easy to find on street parking for our minivan, quiet neighborhood. There are a lot of steps to walk up to get to the front door, but we are in our 70s and had no difficulty. Even our 3-year-old grandchild was able to tackle it (with a little assistance). Beds were comfy, water pressure and water temp excellent. We will be back for sure!

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo. We were only able to stay one night, but it was perfect. The place is very clean, comfortable and cozy. The place was the best we've ever had in NYC. The apartment was perfectly equipped, everything you needed was available. But best was the view of the Manhattan skyline. Even from the bed you could admire the great view. The apartment was exactly as pictured. And the residential area just right to find some peace and quiet in the evening after hectic Manhattan. The connection to Manhattan by bus is great and easy, we were able to start our tours perfectly from Time Square every day after a 20-minute bus ride. Special thanks to Kenya, she was just a great host. Friendly, helpful and immediately available for any questions. I would always book this apartment again!
