Yoko’s place was just what we were after. Cosy and homey with all the amenities. Great access to the mountains and other local attractions. If you’re planning to visit be sure to book a rental car in advance as the local transport options are very limited. The hosts were very friendly and accomodating!

The hosts were very responsive and the house was very clean, new, and very comfortable. Despite we inquired about booking availability after cut-off time of the day of booking in the airbnb system, the hosts kindly opened the booking system and prepared the house for us quickly. We would be happy to stay at the same place and/or try some of Ziying’s other properties near by again.

Akiko’s studio apartment was exactly what we needed. Well stocked and well located to the wonderfully quirky shimokitazawa neighborhood, we are so grateful to have been able to stay here. Great value for the price.

The house managed to fit our group of 11 quite easily. Bathroom situation was simple to manage and the inclusion of a washing/drying machine was definitely a plus. Plenty of toilets to accommodate and fresh towels. Location is conveniently near a family mart and also Aoto station. The train line is close to the house and you will hear it but our group didn't mind. Highly recommend for a big group to consider for their Japan trip.

The location was 7-10mins to the nearest station and there were lots of good restaurants in the area. The room was on the 4th floor and has no elevator but it was manageable. Yuki was very nice and she replied to our concerns quickly. Her place had everything that we needed during our stay and very spacious for 5 people. It was a great value for money.

When in Tokyo, we (6 friends) headed with the Shinkans to catch the powder in Myoko. We just stayed one night but wish we had more days. The house is beautiful and spacious. The hosts were really helpful and arranged transfers to resort and back to the train. You will need your own car when in place or engage the team for transfers. Highly recommended, hope to come back again some day / Patrik and friends

Good old Japanese house【紅葉】

The service from the host is awesome. Super helpful and accommodating with my checking. Truly professional and his place was well-stocked with various supplies indicating he’s not cheap and he’s focused on providing us with what his Airbnb needs to function properly. The ONLY problem is the train tracks, though he clearly mentions this. The trains are very loud from about 5 AM to 12 AM and if you’re a light sleeper, this is gonna be a problem for you. It seems that two of the train lines even shake the bed as the trains go past. I generally sleep with headsets in and I listen to music so it’s not really a problem for me, but it was a little annoying sometimes. Other than that, though the places is awesome and it has a lot of character. I think it’s still worth staying in though, despite the trains.

The home itself was a bit smaller than I had anticipated however overall it provided an excellent stay for my one week vacation. The home has a washer inside, the drying capability is not that great, however there was a laundromat right around the corner that made it easy to dry my clothes for 200-300 Yen per load. The home provided ample space for two. LUUP is an electric bike/scooter app that has a pickup point right around the corner and a drop off point at the Kanamecho Station. Wolt is able to deliver food to the home if you need a break from cooking or going out to eat. Overall it provided a comforting stay and excellent experience.
