A few mins walk from the Gangnam station. It’s a newly built building with access to conveinence stores right around the building. Recommended if you are in town and need a quiet place.

It's close to E-Mart, and transportation is convenient. I loved the open view. The host responded right away to my inquiry, so I had a good stay without any inconvenience.

I stayed because of a business trip The room is spacious, warm, and the water pressure is strong. There were all the necessary items, so it was as convenient as my home. The bus stop to Seoul Station, Suwon Station, and the subway station were right in front, so transportation was very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and Homeplus is right in front, so the location is very good. The garbage dump is also in the building, so it was easy to throw away in the middle. There's nothing trendy in decor like Airbnb these days, but it was very good value for money:)

10 minutes away from Hongdae Exit 2, there is CU super merchant nearby, the host is very helpful with restaurant reservation and luggage drop off after check out, the water pressure is too strong when you take a bath, after informing the host to help deal with it quickly, it is recommended to leave the faucet in half the location will have stable hot water, the host is very quick to respond, overall it is a great experience

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

I used it once while going to the ski resort last year, and it was so good that I booked it again this time! It was clean and the room was warm, so I rested comfortably before heading out.:) I liked that you paid close attention to the dryer, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, ramen, etc.

This was a great place to stay for my first time in Korea. My partner and I are both Korean adoptees and I wanted to stay somewhere lively. By Hongdae there is a lot of college students, so a lot of restaurants are open late. You're placed close enough to Hongdae street that you can walk there in a few minutes but far enough away that the Airbnb is always quiet. You're also very close to Sinchon which is close to another university (Yonsei). The Airbnb is also located extremely close to the subway and to a street with busses. Jay and everyone were extremely responsive. The bathroom and bedrooms are large. We had multiple suitcases so we used the bunk bed room as luggage space. We also stayed 14 days and were able to use the washing machine. The kitchen was nice and big too with a cook top and large sink. I would 100% recommend staying here if it's your first time in Korea!

I had to go to my family and relatives' house for the holidays during the Chinese New Year, so I found out about this place and made a reservation right away, and with the host's kind guidance, I was able to enter without any inconvenience. Above all, it was an apartment, so even the catty children were able to stay comfortably and warmly like their own home. I think I'll use it often every holiday in the future ~

Great, comfortable place. I was in Korea for medical procedures and had to stay a little longer. I wasn't sure how much I'd be able to go out and wanted someplace comfortable where I could work, cook, and hide out if needed. There is a little kitchenette and some pots and pans provided. The neighborhood is also fun - if you go out and walk around you will find lots of delicious local restaurants where you will be surrounded by locals. I ended up doing a good amount of sightseeing to the usual suspects for American tourists - there is public transit nearby but I mostly relied on Ubers and it wasn't too expensive to get everywhere I wanted to go.

It's very neat and guides you well! They reply really fast. I'll make a reservation the next time I go around ~ ^ ^

It was very comfortable and nice to have a variety of things for guests, such as a clean accommodation without clutter, tableware, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, foam cleansing toothbrush, etc.:)

The view of the Han River from Tongchang was so pretty. I went because it was my lover's birthday, and my lover really liked it. I spent two days with only a romance! I felt like the house was really neat and luxurious.

The airbnb was in a great location -- many busses nearby and the train station connected to the building itself! James was a great host -- always quick to respond and friendly. Definitely will remember this place for future travels.

I'm satisfied with the accessibility and mobility view. If you want to stay near Gwanggyo Lake Park There's no place like this.
