Cute cabin, beachfront property and dive shop.

KathrynRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Very beautiful place! The cabin was so peaceful and laid back. Everyone was extremely friendly. Loved the fresh mangos from the tree each morning and our favorite bar was right across the street. Half moon bay can be busy but being tucked back into the property did not make that an issue at all. I would definitely foresee us coming back in the near future.
Three lounge chairs are positioned on sandy ground near the water's edge, providing a relaxing view of the ocean. A hammock is hung between two trees, inviting restful moments. The sky is clear with a few clouds, and the water gently laps against the shore.

The Dolphin House- A Serenity Beach Cottage

ChelseaRating, 5 stars27 months ago
Cheri’s place on Utila is a hidden gem! They are genuinely some of the nicest people I have met while traveling - we didn’t want to leave! The place is exactly as described but BETTER in person. Those picture windows in the front of the house are huge - photos don’t do them justice. Cheri was also so accommodating before our arrival, getting quotes for dives and even when all the dive shops were booked up, she contacted a friend and made she we got on a boat for a 2 tank dive! There are so many beautiful places in the world that it’s hard to justify going to the same place twice, but Cheri’s place/Utila will definitely be on my future travel list.

2-Bedroom Garden Villa By The Beach | Puerta Azul

KevinRating, 5 stars31 months ago
This was our second time at Puerta Azul and we once again loved every minute. We brought the kids this time and it was a great experience. It's hard to beat the convenience of walking right down the dock with our snorkeling gear and exploring the reef. The food was great and earned high praises from all 3 of our teenagers. Talia was great with arranging rides around town and taking care of all our needs. We highly recommend Puerta Azul and cant wait to come back.

Intimate Beachfront Suite | Blue Door

Puerta Azul is a treasure. My wife and I could not have been more impressed with the facility and its staff. This was our third trip to the island staying at a different location each time. By far, Puerta Azul wins in all catagorize from location, communication, hospitality, rooms, and facility. There is no doubt in my mind we will be booking a stay with them again next year. Thanks Julie, for all the wonderfull meals!

One bedroom and one bath.

NimishaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
A really nice space, private and gated courtyard felt very safe as a solo travelling female. Nice location, around a 25min walk to UDC (partly uphill on the way back) but 100% walkable I did it nearly every day for 3 months. If walking at night would recommend keeping a torch, for both the road and the path to the apartment, on you as there are occasionally leaf cutting ants on the path minding their own business the lighting is okay but could be brighter. Really quiet location ( jungle party once a month can be loud) compared to other places on the island.

Villa Finca Santa Martha

David JoséRating, 5 stars9 months ago
The place is beautiful but the most beautiful thing was the cacao tour, it was worth every minute in this, and there were even Lenca vestiges. as a comment would be magnificent that they had wi-fi in every room and that the cooling was already connected when people arrive. Apart from that superb attention, comfort and very nice place.
Lounge chairs are positioned on sandy ground, facing the ocean. A hammock is draped between two trees nearby, inviting relaxation. The tranquil sea extends to the horizon, bathed in soft sunlight, while distant clouds frame the blue sky.

The Whaleshark Bungalow- A Serenity Beach Cottage

BrianRating, 5 stars14 months ago
Overall we had a great, peaceful stay. The reef is amazing as soon as you walk in the water. A quick walk to Neptune's for good food and a small grocery store that has enough for you to survive. The property is very secluded which is exactly why we chose it. There's a water taxi with a regular schedule from Neptune's dock if you need to get back to town. The only downside is internet is spotty for even basic tasks so don't expect to be able to come out and work productively online.
Two wooden cabins are shown under a partly cloudy sky. Each cabin features a porch with seating, surrounded by well-maintained grass and tropical plants. The clean, natural wood exteriors contribute to a welcoming atmosphere in the tranquil outdoor space.

Taste on Wheels

We didn't get to see Mario, but he always responded to my questions, sent me a link for a map to his place, and his assistant did a great job of letting us into the cabins. We enjoyed our night there!

Villa Verde at Paradise Point

The place you stay is a a huge part of any trip and this place is gorgeous. It’s Roatan life embodied. Stephanie made sure where we stayed was exactly as described and the bonus was linking us with some really incredible local resources. We especially loved the driver she recommended as he was incredibly helpful in his island insights and ways to enjoy our trip in the exact ways we wanted to
