Catherine is a wonderful, proactive and caring host, Catherine is a role model for hosts on AirBnB. Catherine's amazing willingness to ensure we were ok at all times was empowering, genuine and respected. From the moment we arrived and the challenges we created for ourselves, Catherine was unwavering, and always reminding us enjoy ourselves and not let a small issue we created, spoil our time in wonderful Barbados. Thanks to Catherine welcoming approach, we enjoyed our time in Barbados. Catherine's house is spotless with great bathrooms, TVs, A/C, kitchen and good beds. We highly recommend Catherine's house not only cause it's perfect but Catherine is a legend. From the house it's easy to get anywhere including 15mins to the airport.

We stayed at coco house with our 2 boys, the home is just wonderful and the real picture we can’t get out of our mind was the view from the balcony with the morning coffee’s. Sugar hill is perfect for those with older children wishing to have a little of their own independence too with the pools close by. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook with Susie. We found all the information fantastic which enabled a full packed adventure in Barbados. The beds were comfortable. Marcia who looks after the property and meet and greets was also fabulous. Far Away Beach Villa is a restorative, peaceful, serene, secluded oasis that serves as the perfect antidote for hectic, modern living. Perched above the Atlantic you have the best ocean views and smells. The breeze that rolls through the French doors keeps the house comfortable day and night. We spent a good deal of time on the patio at night watching stars and listening to the surf. We joke that vacation showers are always a letdown because of the renovated shower and bath included in the house we bought a few years ago. This shower is a dead on tie with ours. Sunlight streams in, the ocean waves are audible and the wood flooring satisfies form and function; slip resistant and visually stunning. Arron is a great host. He was punctual, pleasant and professional in all of our communications. He was also three for three on restaurant recommendations including one of if not the best French meals of my life. Excellent experience in Arron's space and we will definitely be back. Thanks!

The place is bigger than the pictures so much space inside and outside. Very peaceful and loves the sound of the sea at night. Would stay there again.

Sugar Cane Ridge 9 was everything we could have hoped for and much more. The property was spotless, beautifully comfortable and really felt like a home away from home! We were so happy and at ease there. Even though we were late arriving, our host welcomed us and made us feel so at home. The surrounding area is beautifully maintained, picturesque and so peaceful. We would suggest renting a car so you can get to the local beaches, shopping and restaurants more easily as the resort is set quite some way back from the coastal area. It is walkable but not for small children and there is no pavement. There is however, a shuttle bus that takes you to the main beach which is convenient if a rental car is not for you. We cannot recommend this property highly enough! It was wonderful and we hope to return soon.

Staying at Peter’s is hard to describe. We stayed 9 nights in The View as a base whilst visiting relatives. It was the most tranquil and beautiful setting to wake up in every day. The accommodation is very, very basic, but you have to see beyond that.Staying here is an experience so unique, it’s almost priceless,and that is down to Peter.Such a genuine and kind human being, who wants all guests to have a memorable stay. The furniture,appliances, & fittings have really seen better days. The cleanliness could have been better, but somehow none of this mattered to us. Oughterson feels like your favourite, most comfortable pair of shoes, that are worn out, but you keep wearing as you love them so much. 1st night dinner round the long table & fresh pancakes delivered for 1st breakfast set the scene. The grounds, the wildlife, the pool, pizza night, the jam, movie night, the dogs, like-minded guests (hey Tom & Lola), and Peter. Our stay grounded us and we will cherish the memories.

Great house, great facilities, quiet and peaceful location, excellent value. If you’re looking for somewhere away from the crowds and don’t mind being a drive from most places, I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Very comfortable beds and pillows which is very important to me! Pool was lovely and warm. Beautiful area of Barbados if you want to explore. Zena is a great host who was very responsive and came over to say hello and goodbye. She also left us a few staples and delicious rum punch which is a great touch!

Jane’s villa is secluded with a lovely pool and garden, set far away from the highway that you can’t hear the traffic but just five minutes walk from the beach. All in all a great location with bars and restaurants in walking distance and a 24-hour mini market at the nearby petrol station. The villa is large and comfortable, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The gardener visited during the week to keep the pool clean, and there were lots of towels for the pool and for also for the beach. June met us at the property to show us how all the lights and electronics worked, as was kind enough to put a pint of milk in the fridge for us when we got in late at night. We stayed for a week, and would thoroughly recommend the villa for a relaxing holiday.

What an absolutely fantastic villa!! We have just spent 12 nights at Simon’s villa and I cannot rate it highly enough. Simon from booking was extremely helpful and friendly answering any question I had promptly. When we stepped into the villa we were blown away, spotlessly clean, fully kitted out, beautiful furniture, fantastic pool and gorgeous views. Shani visited every day (apart from Mondays where Susan came) and tidied, washed and cleaned for us which was a fantastic addition. Shani was outstanding and is a great asset to anyone’s holiday going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed - especially helpful with 2 young children!This was a 5* experience and would love to return in the near future! Jan and Rafi’s place is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The outdoor space is fabulous, the view is breathtaking! The house itself is lovely, the bedrooms are big and spotlessly clean. It’s in a great location, close to everything but so quiet once you are inside the property. Jan and Rafi were wonderful hosts, so friendly and answered any questions we had. We would absolutely visit here again!

We had the best stay at Mariam’s. The house is beautiful - the photos really don’t do it justice. Mariam went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and was so quick to communicate. The location was great - close to everything we needed whilst still feeling private and quiet. Sometimes by the pool we could hear the sounds of the neighbourhood, but we were never disturbed. We did enjoy the company of a very friendly cat, who would sometimes visit while we were by the pool. Amanda and Desmond were on hand and were brilliant. One evening the gas bottle of the BBQ ran out during cooking. However Mariam had this rectified by the time we even awoke the next morning. We’ll definitely be back - it’s a beautiful house. Had a fantastic vacation at Barry’s place. The home was excellent and our group of six spent many hours sitting by the walk-in pool enjoying the sunshine and great temperatures. The property had anything and everything you might need. Located just a short walk from Rockley Beach where we would spend many mornings walking the Boardwalk and during the afternoon visit local restaurants and bars along the beach. We are spreading the word to our family and friends that this was a beautiful place to stay.

Annabelle's is an absolutely unique property, and we feel so privileged to have stayed there. Fraser was a wonderful host, so responsive and full of helpful recommendations and suggestions. the very few teething issues were sorted by him during our stay, with the help of Neville, the property manager. Fraser and his team went above and beyond in their efforts to make our stay as stress free as possible, arranging car hire and airport pick ups. The location is stunning. Words are not enough to express the views, the beaches and the sunsets! we have never, and will never again stay anywhere quite as spectacular. It is worth remembering that Anabelle's is a traditional Bajan house. There is no air-con, and the sea is noisy at night. You will be visited by the local bugs, so pack repellent and ear plugs if you are a light sleeper; but when you wake up in the morning and throw open the shutters- it will all be forgotten! Wonderful place to stay. Fully stocked and the host was easy to reach. We will be back to the island again and this place felt like home. Great area and amenities.

Had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend Liz’s wonderful house. We arrange a pick up from the airport via Liz. Lex was there to meet us and drive us back & then show us around. Very easy and relaxing start to the holiday. House is well equipped and perfectly located for the shops, restaurants and the beach. It’s just a few minutes walk down to a stunning beach where there is a lovely beach club - Calma. The little artificial reef is ideal for snorkelling & we were able to swim out a little further where there were turtles and rays (amongst many other fish). The pool is just perfect and felt really safe for our daughter as it has a lovely long shallow end.

We really enjoyed our stay. The team went above and beyond and the accommodations were clean and comfortable.

We loved every moment of our stay at Bairds View Villa. It’s a perfect location on the west coast if you’re looking for a quieter stay, right between Speightstown and Holetown with a bus stop at the end of the road for easy travel. Thunder bay beach at the end of the road is beautiful and has great local food/drinks. We hired a car for half of our stay to help us get around the island and explore but if you’re just looking to go to Bridgetown or along the west coast a car is not a must have as the buses are frequent. Yunus was easy to contact prior to arrival and very responsive. John the villa manager was a wonderful host and so helpful, he had good recommendations prior to check in and offered to do grocery shopping for us at no extra cost which was a lovely gesture. We would recommend Bairds View to everyone and can’t wait to hopefully return one day in the future. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!

Superb stay in a beautiful villa with two spacious rooms. The property was as advertised in all aspects, clean and welcoming with a workable indoor and outdoor space. We received clear and friendly communication throughout our stay on behalf of the host and took advantage of the airport transfers offered before arrival. The bedrooms/bathrooms are well laid out and air conditioned whilst the outdoor areas offer bbq opportunities and a quiet evening in. Location was perfect for our needs, a two minute walk for an outstanding beach which is quiet and has the luxury of restaurants such as Lonestar or Jumas, both of which serve some great fish. The bus stop is located just down from the gated street, which we took full advantage of to either pick up groceries or go out into Holetown, Bridgetown and Oistins fish fry. I would be more than happy to book the property again on a future stay in the best place on earth - Barbados!

The house is absolutely beautiful & so close to Mullins beach & some fantastic restaurants & bars. The house has everything you need, it is clean, tidy & very spacious! We loved having the house pool & the main pool is great with a bar area & comfy sun beds! Marcia & Peter were both lovely & easy to contact. Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Ruth's place! The property was beautiful- a brand new house with upgraded finishes and beautiful pool with a great outdoor living space. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. Full laundry capability was helpful with young children. The AC kept the entire house cool when we needed it. This is important because Barbados is hot and humid even at nighttime. We appreciated the groceries that were provided on arrival, which is helpful after a flight when you are too tired to venture out to shop. Housekeeping was provided twice during the week and the pool was cleaned several times by staff when we were there. If we come back to Barbados, we would love to stay at Ruth's place again!

Great location, clean and beautifully kept. The living area is a little small but the outdoor patio more than makes up for it. There’s a lovely pool, outdoor dining area and lovely seating area too. Richard and Tricia were fantastic - responsive and very accommodating. Thank you for letting us stay at your piece of paradise! We hope to be back one day! ❤️

Barney's place felt cozy and relaxing. I enjoyed having coffee on the balcony watching the surfers. Beautiful home and beautiful area. Will definitely visit again.

This place is advertised: modern, close to beaches where you can easily walk to eat, swim, relax. I would definitely recommend for those wanting a peaceful stay and look forward to visiting again!
