edson was so responsive and helpful, he would answered my question vwry quickly. the apartment was good and had eveyday use aminities. the place is near the city center (centro) I think its worth what you pay for. just a tip: entirely smoking prohibited even in the balcony

I made the last minute booking to spend two days with my family and my Pet, super cozy space, very comfortable, great location, I felt at home, full space and thought of every detail to suit the guests, and had even a walk to Pet, host Emanuelle was very kind and requests. What a dream place! We had a perfect weekend. The house is BEAUTIFUL and very comfortable, the view is beautiful and the condominium is great. Livia is extremely helpful and super organized, we feel at home. We are very happy with the stay and we highly recommend the service of the diarista Marci, a love of person. We sure want to go back!

Impeccable house, all clean and cozy. All thought to the smallest details to make us feel at home. Full condominium, all close and great location. I always ask very much when we need something. For sure whenever we return to Sumaré we will stay there. It is well worth it.

The house is a quiet nook, all the surrounding nature, the tranquility, the house is perfect for enjoying the pool on sunny days, enjoying the fireplace on cold nights and even enjoying the rainy days with the whole glass room, hearing and seeing the rain falling outside on the sofa coziness was wonderful. On Saturday we had sun until 3pm and we were able to enjoy the pool very well. My children loved it, because in addition to the large pool, there is a small one for those who do not yet know how to swim!

Awesome hosting! Host Rodrigo always gets the questions right away. His father received us and practically took a tour of the house. That's right, the house is quite big so he showed all the spaces we could enjoy. The house and the view outweigh what we see in the photos. In relation to appliances has everything you need, has bedding and the cleaning is impeccable. We will definitely be hosting again.

The accommodation is amazing! We stayed during the week and were able to enjoy a very spacious house with wifi, full kitchen, impeccable suite, and various leisure options such as pool table, table tennis, as well as a pool and a wonderful view of the dam. Leonardo's accommodation is exactly like in the pictures. The apartment is cozy, the bedding is perfect! The place is new and very well cared for. Inside the building is a little market that sells some snacks, something very practical for a quick snack. Tatiane was flexible with the departure time, and very helpful when I needed it. It's a place I recommend for a brief stay.
