Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Hol Municipality

A simply wonderful place to enjoy the Norwegian upland, with ski trails from the door, super floor heating, warm historic vibe, and a comfy couch. It has two tables that seat six, a kitchen with tools, utensils and servingware to cook for a crowd of 12 (or more) and serve them coffee and wine, and a dishwasher for cleanup. It’s very well-equipped—like visiting an aunt with one of everything—so there was a right-sized ski pole when we broke one, an extra pulk and harness, plastic sleds for a small army of children, extra ski wax and tools, and the mudroom has long benches for booting on/off, and tons of hooks for hanging outerwear. When wood for the fireplace ran low, Bengt responded quickly.and had it delivered. There are tons of books in the Nordic languages as well as English on many topics including the local area and beyond. The market in Ustaoset is a short walk/ski, and Geilo was easy to reach by bus, train, or taxi for stores, dining, or a downhill ski. Love. This. Place.

Thomas made the entire stay easy and welcoming! The home was beautiful, clean and well-kept with all the necessities and more! Plenty of space for our family and very friendly tips on local sights!

We had a wonderful stay in Anne's wonderful cabin. From there we went on a couple of beautiful hikes, helped by the great location close to trains and buses. Also appreciated the greatly equipped kitchen!

Lene has a great apartment. Fitted us prefect for us, a falilie of four. With close proximity to most things.

We borrowed the cabin to Eirik in connection with a company trip to Hemsedal. Incredibly great cabin, with everything you might need. The cross country tracks run right outside the cabin wall and it is walking distance to the ski resort. Eirik was helpful and quick to respond when we had any questions. Highly recommend!

I was at the apartment for the fourth time. Apartment is quietly located with a beautiful view over Geilo. In all seasons beautiful and recommended.

Thanks to Kjersti and her Inaba we were able to spend a few really nice days. The Inaba is great and multiculturally decorated. We didn't miss anything in terms of amenities and even significantly exceeded our expectations. In addition, the location is also very inviting to walk and hike. In summary: A clear recommendation from our side.

We loved our week at Christian's cottage. The cottage was very comfortable and cozy, everything you need was present. It was also a good base for many beautiful trips! We rafted at Dagali, made beautiful hiking tours over the Hardangervidda and Halingskarvet. What a beautiful nature! And in Geilo very cozy traditional Norwegian eaten at Hallingstuene. Wonderful holiday week!

My Labrador Otto and I felt very comfortable with Elisabeth: The house is in a great location with dream panorama of the alpine mountains around Geilo, very tastefully furnished and well equipped. My highlight was the spacious terrace, which invited you to linger in the evening with a great view. Despite the quiet location, all major facilities in Geilo can be reached within 10 minutes. Therefore, I will be happy to come back!

There were three of us staying at Harald‘s place. It’s a very clean cabin with all the amenities you need for a fun ski trip. No surprises. The Fyri resort next door has a nice bar and gaming area. We had Fondue at their restaurant across the street by the ski lift. Fun experience. We had a wonderful time. Herald was responsive. I would recommend it. Thanks Harald.

We have a lovely few days in Anja's cabin. It was cozy and well decorated with a cozy nook for the kids on the first floor.

We stayed At Sverre’s place for two nights and honestly wish it could have been longer. The place is beautiful, welcoming and extremely well thought out. The small touches to the building really make this place special. If you’re looking at book somewhere and you’re still on the fence about this place, just book it. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is lovely, bed super comfy and the living/dining area is cozy. Would absolutely stay again.
