Our stay at Alfred’s was flawless, it is comfortable and wonderfully appointed apartment, very clean, within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and attractions…. Not to mention complimentary daily cleaning and laundry service. Alfred and Barbara are gracious and responsive hosts. We loved our stay in Vienna , and would unhesitatingly recommend this Airbnb. Everything was delightful, the apartment lived up to its 5* rating.

We had a wonderful stay. It is close to the Central Station and the nearby bus station takes you straight to the city centre. The nearest shop is just around the corner and for families with children there is a nice playground outside. Excellent communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again.

Our first time heating with a pellet stove worked great after the familiarization phase. We found the apartment very tasteful and nicely furnished. We felt comfortable and will be happy to come back another time.

We highly recommend this property and we had a great experience. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and the apartment is in a great location, extremely closed to public transports which make travelling around Vienna an extremely pleasurable experience. The apartment is extremely clean, luminous and very well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. Very detailed information supplied on how to reach and access the apartment. We asked for suggestions where to eat away from tourists and we were given very sound advice. We cannot thank our host enough for having made our visit in Vienna very pleasurable and cannot recommend them enough for their very welcoming attitude. 10/10

Lovely apartment with balcony

Wa had a very good stay at Carina’s place. The apartment is exactly as described. Carina welcomed us in person even though we had been delayed due to train issues. The place is welcoming, clean and has everything needed. The situation is ideal : next to the subway station U6, direct to Meidling station where many trains stop, next to several tramway stops for the city center. You can reach most of the interesting sites in 15 to 30 min depending where you are going. Supermarkets are close by. Note that the apartment is next to a big street. The sound insulation is very good but you can still hear noise at night and also when the neighbour is watching TV. Not a problem for us but if you have light sleep, to take into account. We highly recommend the place.

I am very happy with staying with LOu, always happy to come back. I stayed there for 8 nights and have been more than at peace. Supermarkets were nearby (Penny, Bipa, Billa and Lidl) , public transport was almost right outside the door. It is a very quiet area, no unnecessary noise or anything else. The stay was a 10/10!!

I booked this for my daughter and this is her review: “ I had a wonderful time in Vienna and part of the reason is Barbara, a most excellent host and wonderful person. She is considerate, helpful, kind, and always available. Her place is peaceful, quiet, restful, warm, clean and cozy. I had everything I needed for my monthly stay! It is very central, ( the beautiful 6th district!) and I could walk to all my favorite places. Transportation is very close by. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant. Very easy to get to from the airport by bus! Sad to leave…looking forward to being back. Thank you Barbara!

We were very pleased with the room. I recommend it unreservedly. The hostess gave us an accurate description so we could get in. It was a spotlessly clean place with everything a visitor needed to stay comfortably. As soon as you entered the place, it smelled of chlorine from cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable and large. The place was always warm and the water was always hot. I felt like I would visit my home again.

This home fulfilled our Christmas holiday expectations. The home is full of character and we really appreciate the history. What an experience for our children to stay in a home that is older than our country. The kitchen is well stocked, out in the quiet country about an hour west from Vienna. The hosts were warm, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The stay was really fantastic! Just like we imagined. Stefan greeted us personally upon arrival, explained the whole place to us and gave tips for the region. He was very accommodating and the hospitality was great! The stay could not be nicer, full relaxation in the hot tub, on the sun loungers or in the lovingly furnished chalet. What we particularly liked is how secluded the place is. In the immediate vicinity there are no houses, so perfect for a relaxing and restful weekend! We will be happy to come back!

Carolin has a wonderful apartment, we spent Christmas 2018 there and it was great to be able to make ourselves a home cooked meal for Christmas. The apartment is very close to a metro station which is very convenient. Carolin was an excellent host and gave us wonderful recommendations for coffee houses and restaurants to try (NENI was amazing, thank you Carolin)!

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay in Andrés garden apartment. Communication with Andrés was straightforward and he always replied promptly. The place is very easy to find, has self check-in and ample off street parking. The apartment was clutter-free, spotlessly clean and toasty warm on arrival. It was our first visit to Aflenz and we loved the charm of the village and the rugged beauty of the surrounding mountains. Although there was not much snow this year we managed a short skitour by taking the chairlift up to the Aflenz Bergalm and then skinned up to Schönleitenhaus. We also had an enjoyable day skiing at Brunnalm and the nearby Turnau skifield (which probably had the best snow). Overall we are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrés place and would highly recommend it to others. We hope to be able to return later in the summer and explore a bit more of the beautiful Hochschwab region!

Great connection to the city train and other means of transport (you could even walk to various attractions). The apartment is large - great for larger groups. There is everything you need for a few days stay, probably even longer. we didn't coon, but you could make make food yourself with no trouble. The beds were quite comfortable, only the curtains were pretty transparent so it was not that dark in the room. a few minutes walk to the U-Bahn Station. The host was really friendly and we were able to get inside the apartment a few hours earlier!
