WOW what can we say! The most perfect Christmas possible. The house is beautiful, was immaculately clean and idyllic location. Sitting in the hot tub watching the northern lights was a stand out moment! Peter and Katrine were excellent hosts - even going as far as pulling our car out of the snow after a mishap and organising snowmobiling for us. They were constantly on hand if we needed anything and really did go over and above. We loved every minute!

We spent 2 nights there and were super satisfied! The location is beautiful & quiet, right on the sea with a great fire pit in a small forest. In the apartment you will find everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and were super helpful & quick to reach :)

We enjoyed the stay in a perfect location in Lulea, with many facilities nearby and within no time out of the hustle and bustle in nature. The house was nice and warm, cozy and equipped with every comfort. Quick response from host to questions.

The paradise by the beach

Lars' place is located in a little corner of heaven, wedged between the frozen Baltic Sea and the snowy forest. You are both alone in the world and close to everything (25min from Lulea). Lars is very attentive ( snow removal regularly accesses, made my 8-year-old son snowy bike ride who loved it, the fire that was ready in the fireplace when we arrived etc etc.). Over a week we had the opportunity to see 2 nights in a row of the Northern Lights in the nearby forest and beautiful sunsets over the Baltic Sea. The house is spacious and very bright especially with a glass window opposite the sea which is great. The floor heating is very nice and you can embellish it with a fireplace that will brighten it all up. We loved it and we 100% recommend it.

Thank you for letting us stay at your place . Really beautiful place for a nature getaway. The cabin itself its really nice and cosy ,loved the fireplace and just a few steps away from the lake. Peaceful surroundings and a nice place to spend a weekend to disconnect. Carl is a very helpful host , friendly and well organised in giving us the necessary information. Btw loved the pdf and the dark humour 😄 Thank you again

Best Airbnb we ever had Mona and Jan are incredible hosts! They shared so much with us—snowmobiling, skiing, snow kickers—and treated us to amazing food, including smoked fish, moose burgers, and Mona’s unbelievable baking. The stunning Nordic setting made it all even more magical. Future Airbnbs will have a tough time competing with this one. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at the house. We were here for 4 weeks and worked online. The house is very very confortable and wonderfully warm. It was always good to come 'home' after a walk. The area is a little smaller in October, but it was very interesting to see how the ski slope was prepared with last year's snow. It is a true winter sports village. Also, Storforsen (40 km longer) is very worth a visit.

The House was very welcoming, lots of Christmas lights on. All feature/stuff available which you have at home as well, even Sandwichtoaster/ wafflemaker. We felt at home 2300 miles away. 100% recommendable

That this is a top rated host and place does not surprise me! It has it all the cows outside the window and no they are not noisy - it is as if you were the farm owner yourself but with a very dedicated wife who has the clean the house to perfection! What more do you need? The perfect host to help you fulfill your dreams if you just ask them. Lots of space and the farm outside lots to do if you like the outdoors and still not very far with 20 min from the town center should you want to eat out. We loved this place!

My beautiful home near Bothnian sea

Our visit during the swedish winter was beautiful. Thanks to Mikaels hints we even saw the northern lights on our first evening. The house is quite isloated, very quiet and great if you are looking for a retreat. Despite this, mobile data is easily available. Amenities like a Sauna and sea access are readily available. The hosts where also very accomodating. They reacted quickly to all questions and even picked us up from the train in Lulea. All in all a very big recommendation to experience swedish Lappland!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas is this holiday home and its beautiful surroundings. Our boys spent hours of fun in the snow, we had a very magical, white Christmas. Linda was very welcoming and even bought our boys a gift which was so special, thank you once again! The house has a lovely, homely free and has everything you could need within, plus, a hen house where our boys enjoyed collecting eggs. We will definitely be back!
