A small house with beautiful views directly on the lake. There are many excursions in the area. The host was very nice, available at all times and responded to us quickly. Highly recommended for holidays.

The place was very nice, quiet and had everything you needed for a relaxing weekend. It was located on a river and a private lake. The hot tub with the jetty was our highlight, as we could enjoy the peace and quiet there very well😊

Beautiful cottage in a lovely place. Very spacious and luxuriously furnished, with all the comforts. The garden is top (especially with our son) and overlooks the sheep and horses. We thought the beds were lovely. There was something ready for us when we arrived and Marian gave many nice tips for the area. In short, we really had a great stay, definitely recommend it and hopefully come back!

We were very satisfied with the trip, we really had a rest there! The house is warm, clean and cozy, has everything you need for your stay. We just enjoyed the hot vat on the street surrounded by forest , lake and silence ( this is exactly what we needed) next door you could only hear a variety of ducks on the pond and the most beautiful black swans. Thank you so much Glenn and Jaco for these few days of relaxation from all over the world, where we were only able to be alone with nature. Highly recommended!!!

The place was a dream! We wanted to take a short trip for two over the 2nd Christmas holiday to escape the stress of everyday life and this tiny house was really perfect. Manja and Wouter are super nice hosts who welcome you in a friendly way. It was even decorated for Christmas and just perfect for getting down with a view of the greenery. We would come back anytime:)

A very pleasant welcome, with a small tour. All the adjustments that were made for me and consultation were well arranged. As agreed, a short app contact from time to time and also an exciting acnefiet was solved acutely, with humor🫢🤣! Also enjoyed the bath!! The delivery also went volt and hassle-free. Nothing but nothing was disappointing for me. We have enjoyed optimally for 2 weeks!!!! For me, the low stimulant environment and nature around Groesbeek were very healing. Highly recommended for bon vivants!!

A beautiful location- love the sheep across the way. Olaf is kind and helpful. Our daughter graduated from Nijmegen University- a 30 minute bus ride. The apartment is roomy. Highly recommend.
