The prairie is quiet and located in scenic surroundings with forest in the backyard and half an hour to three shores as well as lovely Molsbjerge and more. The prairie cart has everything a normal home contains just on a smaller scale. In the living room there is a sofa bed with space for 2. In addition, a cozy annex with a man and a half bed. The house is located 200 meters from the beach and is located just behind Molskroen and Molskroen's popular ice house. The house is on a nice road with avenues in quiet surroundings. Fantastic enclosed garden. Close to Ebeltoft town and harbor.

Relax in a cozy and calm environment. Fun A house with wood-burning stove, Sauna in the garden and cold water bath. There is also access to Sminge Sø, Gudenåen and the Bird Tower. Almost right next to Svostrup Kro. A nice walk along Gudenåen. Pets are allowed. We have a dog ourselves, so the grounds are fenced. In addition, we have a small boat by the lake where you can sail a little down by Gudenåen and fish. Smoking inside is not allowed. There is coffee and tea in the house as well as wood for the sauna.

Nice and cozy cottage with a fantastic view over the bay and the countryside. 2 levels with two living rooms (one with fireplace), 3 rooms and an extra room by the carport with double sofa bed. The stairs to the first floor are steep, so it can be a challenge for people with walking difficulties to get up and down. Bathroom and kitchen with all equipment and dishwasher and small washing machine. One can also sleep on the sofa on the 1st floor. Large partly natural plot with many large trees.
