The house is located between the sea and the forest, with a fantastic view. A quiet and family friendly place with possibilities for forest walks and boat trips. There is plenty of space in the apartment with kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and patio. Possibilities to rent motor boat and kayak. It is good for couples, families and smaller groups. Ample parking for cars and heavier vehicles. The house is located on the inside of Averøya, 1 hour from Molde and 30min from Kristiansund. Averøy Stave Church and the Atlantic Road are a stone's throw away.

The firehouse at Villsaugården was completely renovated in spring 2021 and now appears more first class than ever! Rorbua is located by the mighty archipelago in Sørsmøla. You have all you need: Two bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. Very suitable for 4, fully possible with 6 guests. The cabin has modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with Moccamaster coffee maker, microwave, living room, smart tv and internet. A BBQ, charcoal, outdoor furniture, fire pit, and a wood-back are included. Rowboat and life jackets can be borrowed.

Stor delvis overbygg terrasse i front hvor du kan tilbringe timer bare og se på livet i sjøen. Boblebad /jacuzzi er plassert på egen balkong med sjøutsikt. Hytta har vaskemaskin og uthus for oppbevaring av utstyr. Fryser og tørketrommel. Kulegrill på terrassen og båt ved brygge rett nedenfor hytta..

The cabin (80m^2 plus a large loft) is located by the sea with great views of the fjord. Here it is nice to fish and go hiking by the sea and in the mountains.
