This place is a value for money deal, and the area is really peaceful.

Proper location for gathering parties and actual location as app photos and same pics of flat.

Well ,I was skeptical about the location at first ,but when I visited the place was just AMAZING .the host was really sweet and cooperative and the security is also very welcoming .the terrace is the best part of this Airbnb ,loved the stay .

We had a really good time at Mohan's place. The house was just 5 mins away from the main road, and the location was very accessible. Mohan's prompt communication was very commendable, we was always available online. Overall, it was a good and accessible place. Will visit again.

The location is central and you can walk to Lumbini park, NTR gardens and a few others. Metro Station is also close enough. Kamat hotel right outside the building complex which was a great spot for our breakfast before setting out on our daily tours. Zomato and Swiggy delivery allows you to dine at home after a hectic day out. The apartment itself is very spacious and roomy. the 3 baths are a true blessing when everyone has to be in the bathroom at the same time ☺️. The apartment has a serene vibe and is well updated. We did have a water supply issue that was taken care immediately. All basic necessities are provided, so no need to pack extra toiletries or towels. Lastly, Akram is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to our queries. Any concern that we had was taken care of asap. We truly appreciated Akram being available for us for any assistance we needed. Thank you Akram for sharing your beautiful home with us.

I came to my mothers hospital checkup ang stayed for 4 days. It was a newly setup airbnb. We had a very comfortable stay with fully setup kitchen and supermarket within 100 metres. Lots to explore nearby food and shopping. Vandana is extremely helpful and friendly host.

We stayed at Mehdi’s place, Marrakesh in Banjara hills for 7 nights and loved every minute of staying there. We had stayed there to attend a family wedding and also had guests staying with us. Mehdi’s place, Marrakesh was impeccable, it is exactly as shown in pictures it felt like a wondrous palatial escape, my family and I truly enjoyed our experience and our stay. Mehdi was an amazing host, always quick to respond to any queries and went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable, and perfect. We required an early check in as there had been some changes to our schedule, and we also had to attend a wedding function the day of our check- in and Mehdi was so helpful by getting the place cleaned and ready for us to enable an early check in, which was extremely important for us. Truly enjoyed our stay, and wanted to stay longer, so definitely looking forward to stay here again the very next time we visit Hyderabad.

Had a great stay there...They hosted us very well Location was a bit inside and felt difficult to reach..But all cabs are reachable.. we felt the hosts are very amicable and wanted to stay back some more days..Also, host said if cab is not on time, he ll drop us personally to the airport..Thanku so much for that aneel garu.. overall experience is very great and we would love to stay again

First of all, it is a nice villa, very spacious, what my family liked the most is the terrace surrounded by trees to sit and chat with tea. Location is very peaceful and safe, in fact too good for foodies with lot of options, in a walkable distance & moreover had a enough space for parking, even street parking too safe and comfortable. Host is very proactive in his response, for even a small complaint's, he will rush to us and resolve them immediately. Personally what I felt was bit lacking is maintenance, otherwise worth staying.

Manasa Reddy was an exceptional host! She is incredibly responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our stay was truly memorable and the place was absolutely fantastic! The penthouse was very cozy, spotless, spacious and beautifully designed with office space to work and had everything we needed. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the space. The location was perfect, with easy access to majority of the places in Hyderabad and also very near to the metro. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyderabad and would definitely book again in the future!

Stayed for 6 days and vacated today. Pros Good place for family. peaceful and safe area, responsive host made our stay feel comfortable. The villa matches the description on the site. Most important thing is building has surveillance cameras and we feel safe instantly. Cons Had an incident of strangers sitting in the living area when we came back from work . Since the main door lock was not available it was left open in our absence after the cleaning lady left. when brought to notice of host Mr Prabhakar, he immediately arranged to check the CCTV and identified them as friends. Later he arranged for lock as well. But they shouldn't be sitting in an occupied place. Host should take care of this in future. Second thing is Bathrooms though clean, they look old and need some repairs. Except these two , nothing is bad about that place. Have given 5 star rating and will definitely come back for another stay.

It was great experience, flat was nice with the view from balcony and the society was well maintained and early morning walk in society was memorable. Easy to checkin with parking. so many dishes stove and needy groceries available.

Omar is extremely responsive, he communicated well and provided clear instructions(location, check in etc). The property is very easy to locate, it is on a wide road in a good locality. Regarding the interiors, it is exactly how it looks in the photos. There is a lot of open space in the penthouse along with 3 bedrooms with washrooms attached in all three. There is a big smart TV in the drawing room with all the apps already installed. I would highly recommend this property to everyone, no complaints at all.

Had an awesome time with family and property is near to US consulate so highly recommended for hassle free stay and easy commute to offices near hi-tech city.

Compared to most Airbnb’s in India this was in a pristine condition and well maintained.Toilets neat and clean .Beds comfortable.All amenities available at the property.We really enjoyed our stay.
