Vacation rentals with a patio in HITEC City

I was travelling from Chennai to Nagpur by road with my 2 pets and was looking for a layover at Hyderabad. This place suited my requirements - pet friendly, private and close to the highway. The entire 6th floor is private to this apartment, and the house opens up to a good terrace place. The bedrooms were large as well. There was one limitation though - dustbin bags and towels were not kept. The utensils available were also very limited. Hope the host can address this for future bookings!

We had a really good time at Mohan's place. The house was just 5 mins away from the main road, and the location was very accessible. Mohan's prompt communication was very commendable, we was always available online. Overall, it was a good and accessible place. Will visit again.

Excellent place for staying with family. Very spacious and private. Responsive host. Lots of shopping around. Very accessible to travel to any part of the city. My children love to stay here. It has plenty of space if guests come around. The only inconvenience is lack of designated parking space and we have to use road side parking which is fine. Overall we all enjoyed the stay and left with good memories.

Had a great stay there...They hosted us very well Location was a bit inside and felt difficult to reach..But all cabs are reachable.. we felt the hosts are very amicable and wanted to stay back some more days..Also, host said if cab is not on time, he ll drop us personally to the airport..Thanku so much for that aneel garu.. overall experience is very great and we would love to stay again

We stayed here for almost two months, the place is centrally located with lot of popular restaurants near by. The rooms are pretty big and maintained well. The host is really friendly and responsive.

Manasa Reddy was an exceptional host! She is incredibly responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our stay was truly memorable and the place was absolutely fantastic! The penthouse was very cozy, spotless, spacious and beautifully designed with office space to work and had everything we needed. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the space. The location was perfect, with easy access to majority of the places in Hyderabad and also very near to the metro. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyderabad and would definitely book again in the future!

The place is well located, a few meters from the main road, and has all the amenities for an extended stay outside home. The place is super clean, well furnished with all the equipment needed, from bedsheets, towels to kitchen utensils. The host is always responsive, proactively prompting before check-in, following up after about the stay. Onsite maid is available, for a price, following up about any help needed. I have searched for similar accommodations around, that are half the size this place has and charge similar or more.

It was great experience, flat was nice with the view from balcony and the society was well maintained and early morning walk in society was memorable. Easy to checkin with parking. so many dishes stove and needy groceries available.

Omar is extremely responsive, he communicated well and provided clear instructions(location, check in etc). The property is very easy to locate, it is on a wide road in a good locality. Regarding the interiors, it is exactly how it looks in the photos. There is a lot of open space in the penthouse along with 3 bedrooms with washrooms attached in all three. There is a big smart TV in the drawing room with all the apps already installed. I would highly recommend this property to everyone, no complaints at all.

I stayed here 4 days for visa interview . The apartment is spacious. My kids love the balcony view. Farhan helped us a lot & he is always reachable. Recommend to stay here instead of staying in hotels for family with kids.

Perfect Stay! Just As Described! Location : Easily Accessible, nearby to famous charminar. Parking : Dedicated Parking Space for the condo. Host: Sohail was very cooperative and fulfilled our requests. Condo : Wonderful,Beyond Expectations! clean and well maintained rooms, kitchen and Bathrooms. Really liked the bed and mattress, much comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils and cutlery we needed. Living room had a nice big TV, with comfortable sofas and a dining table. Altogether Condo was spacious and well maintained, clean. It was a great experience and loved the stay, highly recommend.
