Minoru was super accommodating for me, I really wanted to ride the bike trail but due to personal reasons I wasn’t able to do it this time. There are bike rentals available if desired, but Onomichi City itself is accessible via ferry just a walk away if you want to explore the area. Thank you for taking care of me during my stay!

Traditional house with lots of charm. You are welcomed by the entire family who are very kind and fun. The family is very attentive with you: - we did the cooking together, they taught me how to make a chirachi - they prepared me an onsen on site - guide local activities as well as advise on places to visit in Japan. Don't hesitate to come to their home and test the ice cream shop just downstairs:). A wonderful time.

Staying at Lappy was a great time and I enjoyed my short but memorable stay in Hiroshima. My main goal was to see the Peace Museum and the guesthouse was only a few minutes walking to the station where I could easily get to. I get very tired very easily, and this guesthouse was a great place to recuperate from the heat exhaustion. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and genuinely so sweet! And Lappy is an adorable rabbit :) ありがとうございました!

I had a great time. The host was always open to talk and give good recommendations on what activities one could do, and was keen to show the Hiroshima culture. I had a very simple room for myself, yet all needed amenities where there.

I used it for the first time. It was within walking distance of the station, and there was also an izakaya street, making it convenient. The reception is a little lost, but there was no trouble because they gave me information about the location and other information in advance. They told me about the linked shops, so I was able to go to restaurants smoothly. The facility itself was very beautiful and I was able to use it comfortably.

Even though it was Taj, I could feel the same warmth and affection as my parents from the host.☺️ He was really kind and I enjoyed the dishes he made!!! The nearby okonomiyaki restaurant you recommended was also the best place I ate in Japan.🥹🥹 It was an accommodation where you could have fun even if you had a little trouble communicating because you like Koreans! If you are coming to Hiroshima, I highly recommend this place! This place made me want to come to Hiroshima again while writing reviews.😂

The accommodation is very clean and the common spaces are spacious. It's a 2-minute walk to transportation, which is convenient to get to Hiroshima and Yamaguchi. The host was very friendly and hospitable. He recommended many restaurants and places to visit. He gave us all the information we needed. I highly recommend this listing!

We were very pleased with our stay! We liked the vibe of the accommodation, check-in was super smooth. Hiro was incredibly nice and fluent in English. He gave us restaurant recommendations and tips on activities, very helpful! The location was also great. Definitely recommend this guesthouse!

There is a room on multiple floors, and I was a little lost without knowing that I went to the 6th floor where the reception was first.However, the host was very polite, the room and shared shower were very clean, and the stay was satisfactory.

We stayed one night in Santiago Guesthouse, because we wanted to visit the Peace Memorial Museum. Just a 10 minutes walk from the middle of Hiroshima. :) It's a bit like being in a student bar, handcrafted and flea market furniture with comfy sofas and a big kitchen space with Balcony. The room was simple, some old stains on the ground. That's okay for us. ;)

I enjoyed my time at Hazz’s place and I would be happy to stay there again! The rooms were clean and quiet, but you can socialize in the common are if you want. The location was great - very walkable and close to public transit too. Great stay!

Had a short stay but the atmosphere got me directly happy. The owner is lovely, very warm and caring! The place is simple and well equipped, very cute decoration and there is a great izakaya nearby!! I recommend.

Hazuki san‘s accomodation is very beautiful and offers everything you need, when you want to visit Hiroshima. The staff is very nice and friendly and the atmosphere with them and through them is very comfortable. The kitchen is (as far as I am capable of grading that) very well equipped, but there are soooo many nice cafés and restaurants near by that you might prefer to check them out during your stay anyways. I especially enjoyed the design choices when it comes to the interior! There was even Christmas decoration! You really should spent your time in Hiroshima at the Evergreen Hostel💚 Thank you soooo much and have a nice winter/christmas time!

this hostel was perfectly located, with the hiroshima peace memorial park just 7 minutes away and the metro station for miyajima even less. the staff was very nice and helpful, and the beds gave enough privacy that i didn't even knew how many people actually were there at the same time as me. can recommend if you're a solo traveller on a budget.
