This stay had everything I needed for a quick couple of days away! Location is everything. Easily walkable to Upham Beach which I adore. The place was clean, pool was great, and I felt safe even though I was alone. Plenty of towels, extra toilet paper, kitchen pluses like coffee maker and small appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Kathy could not have been a more accommodating host allowing me an earlier check in time and later checkout due to my flight times. It was so nice being able to come back and grab a quick shower after the beach the day I was leaving. This place is an excellent VALUE! Thank you Kathy!!!

This place is a gem if you appreciate the classic motel vibes and throwback to a more laid back era. All of the employees we interacted it with were friendly, funny, and helpful. There were a few times some other guests were bending rules and their responses really strike a great balance between addressing the violation without making anyone feel uncomfortable or defensive. The location was unbeatable - a direct walk out to the beach. The Happy Hour beer was no craft brew but honestly perfect for the beach, and ice cold to boot. Shuffleboard and corn hole added to the charm. Free parking right by our room made things easy. We also really appreciated the green efforts - real coffee mugs to grab some coffee and fixed shampoo/conditioner dispensers to avoid small bottle waste. If you’re a light sleeper note that ceilings aren’t super well insulated so we heard a lot of happy little feet running above us. For us, it was part of the charm, but it might not float everyone’s boat

If you’re questioning staying here, question no more! We had the absolute best time. We were able to walk to all the fun restaurants and the beach! They provide everything you could need for the perfect beach day. It’s a $10 Uber ride to Johns Pass and Treasure Island. The bed was cozy and the shower had great water pressure. It was clean and felt like a home away from home. We will be back!

We chose to stay at The Resort at the last minute and it turned out to be the best possible choice. I’m wheelchair dependent and although not ADA compliant (the host let me know beforehand) the space fit my needs. Fit it so much that we extended the stay!

The place was very cozy and the hosts were fantastic and had great communication. It was a great location- quiet but still 10 mins walk from beach. The dock was a nice relaxing touch in the backyard

Kathy and the Gulfside resort was a 10/10 for us!!! She greeted us and made us feel very welcome from the check in! Everything in our room was perfect! We absolutely loved how she had her own recommendations on what to do around St. Pete’s Beach! Our poolside room was amazing! Probably about a 3 minute walk from the beach which we absolutely loved! Definitely will be returning!

We enjoyed Mike’s place so much! The decor was amazing! Everytime you looked around the room, you saw something that you didn’t notice before. I loved the entire vibe. The outdoor space is perfect, I wish we would’ve planned for a longer stay to have more down time!

Our stay at the Blue Bayou Inn was indeed a great one. The location of this inn is its best feature - we were able to walk to so many different shops and restaurants which is a huge plus for me. Bed was comfortable. Access was a breeze, owners are very friendly and good about communicating necessary info. Room was generally clean (had to switch out a towel bc of suspicious black spots, and the shower heads could’ve used a little more TLC too). As for price, it is a little expensive for what you actually get but honestly, given the excellent location and close proximity to everything Tarpon Springs has to offer, it feels justifiable. Overall I give it a 4/5 - if I ever find myself wanting to venture to Tarpon Springs again I will most likely stay here again.

Stayed for two nights while attending a boat survey in Tarpon Springs. The entire place was very clean and inviting. Melissa was very quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely recommend to friends, and I hope to stay again in the future.

This is my preferred location when I am in town for work. I can always count on having a relaxing, comfortable stay at the Blue Bayou! There’s a sports bar with a fantastic menu just across the street and this location quickly gets you to US 19.

Lovely home, in a perfect location. Walk to everything. Bikes available. Peaceful, and clean, well thought out setting. We would luv to visit again. Great city, lots to explore, many Greek food eateries, and brew pubs to enjoy. Beautiful walk to the bayou. Welcome center close by, lots of free info. This place is a GEM.
