had a great time! The b&b was close to town, the aspen park was a nice place to go for a walk and see some elk!

Loved this place! It was peaceful, quiet and beautiful. Definitely what my family and I were looking for, for this little fall break getaway. The owners were quick to respond and very attentive to making sure we enjoyed our stay. The best part about staying here was not having wifi and having spotty cell service. Will definitely want to stay here again!

We had a spectacular stay! I can’t think of anything I would change. The hot tub and fireplace were amazing and super easy to use. The living arrangements were incredible, and Boyne is such a fun place to visit. The outdoor ski storage was perfect, and we felt safe with secure parking that was easy to access. Just be aware of trail availability if you plan to ski in and out. Even if the trail is closed or there isn’t much snow, the walk is not bad at all.

Mark and Mary’s cottage was perfect for our family getaway. It’s perfectly located in close proximity to Bay Harbor, Petoskey, and Harbor springs with no shortage of things to see and do. The property itself is great for families with the lake access and we were pleasantly surprised with a very nice sized dog enclosure! We would highly recommend visiting their place and will likely be back ourselves!

The house was gorgeous and made the perfect spaces for my friends and I for the weekend!! Easy to find and get into. We went thru all of the trash bags and paper towels pretty quickly that were provided. Overall a great stay and would stay again!!

This is one of the best places I have been. Mark is so friendly and communicates on time everything you need. The spot is amazing with beautiful views, and the hot tub is fantastic for sure my family and I will be back. Very comfortable beds, I love it!

This is a great place where you can feel comfortable and relax. Has everything you need. We had a family event near by and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay! This was the perfect place for a cozy getaway. Us and our two dogs felt right at home. 😊

John is a great host! He shared his vast knowledge of the area. His home is conveniently located to enjoy Harbor Springs, Petoskey and the Tunnel Trees. The house setting is picturesque, surrounded by trees in a quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed, was provided! We appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea selection! The beds were comfortable, as was the large sofa. We really enjoyed our stay!
