This was a great experience. The home is well equipped and we had a great time with family there.

I will definitely stay there again. It's private and secure. Also the maintenance guy Daniel always help us out whenever we need something. The other guy at the gate he's available whenever we need to get in or out. i highly recommend this place.

We had a very relaxing stay in lovely Villa 1, and Steve went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and knew where to go. The restaurants that he recommended were great. The Villa is very comfortable, with a lovely balcony and patio overlooking the pool, perfect for a sundowner or morning coffee. The shared pool area itself is the perfect relaxing spot for a swim or a read while sunbathing. There’s also an outdoor shared lounge area where we sat and had some snacks and coconuts, which was a surprise bonus. The master bed is a very comfortable super king, and the air conditioning helped us to sleep well. The area is away from the busier roads which was nice, although it wouldn’t be considered an idilic area, more of a local vibe, it was about 10 minutes walk to lovely beaches and restaurants. Overall we loved our stay, it was excellent value, and Steve is a brilliant and very kind host and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for everything Steve!

As always, we loved our stay at Nancy's place. It's so convenient, it's clean, it's quiet, and there's plenty of space. This is our first choice every time we go back to visit Cocotal. And, Nancy is very good at communicating with us each time. Once we arrive, Johnny and Rita are waiting for us and if we need anything at all during our stay, or have a question, they are always available. We highly recommend this property!

This property was absolutely amazing, l spent 6 days here and enjoyed every one of them. Jasmin was a charm from the moment l booked the airbnb, got to the location and while l was there. She responded back as quick as she could to handle anything l asked her about. Definitely book this location if you’re looking for a peaceful place with vacation vibes. I will definitely be returning soon.

¡Spectacular! Super, super recommended. We found more than we expected, the apto has all the comforts to feel at home, it is also equipped with everything: towels, paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron, hairdryer and everything else in the kitchen to be comfortable. The supermarkets are very close, one is the Olé and the other is the Zaglul, you can even walk or the Uber costs only 150 pesos. From Colombia 🇨🇴 we are grateful to the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 and our host Cliford, who was always attentive to us when we needed it. If you find this apt available, do not hesitate to take it, ah, and if you want plan pool, Serena Village has like 8 pools at your disposal😎🌞.

Great location. Short walk to the beach. As showed and described. Very clean and well equipped. Host very responsive and answers back quickly.

The seclusion is beautiful and cozy. María Gabriella was very friendly, we went for Christmas and the apartment had Christmas decoration and arbolito. We felt at home. The place in well quiet and close to Playa juanillo. We loved it!

Marnic was the best Air Bnb host that I've ever had. He was super responsive, he held great conversation, and his recommendations were invaluable during the time that I was in Punta Cana. The Air Bnb is centrally located within a residential neighborhood which is an easy walk from several restaurants and businesses. As a helpful tip, when I booked my tours and excursions, I had them pick me up at "Hotel Marimba Punta Cana" which was a nine minute walk up the hill. It was super accessible from the Air Bnb. When I first arrived, my taxi driver unfortunately dropped me off at the wrong location. Marnic was so caring and proactive that he picked me up right away! The Air Bnb was super clean, centrally located, and the host Marnic goes above and beyond to make the stay great. Don't hesitate, just book!

First of all, I want to thanks Gisselle for hosting me and my family. Gisselle place is really nice and lot of restaurants near by. everything was excellent and not to mention, she even allowed me to checkout late due to my flight being at 4:10 pm. What a great host and thanks u again Gisselle.

I loved staying at this Air BnB! I felt super comfortable, it has everything you need, the apartment had some renovations so it looks more modern than in the photos, the staff who work in the complex are all very friendly. The complex is super nice, quiet, there are restaurants nearby and mini markets for shopping. Many thanks to William for his hospitality, I also helped organize the services of the airport to the apartment and from Punta Cana to Bayahibe.

The apartment is very nice. It was spotless and comfortable. Ana, the Property Manager, was always responsive and helpful. There are several local restaurants in walking distance but to really enjoy the area, you need a car. Thank you Tomas for having a great place. We would stay again.

Apartment itself is great, same as pictures. Best if you have a car or a bike. Uber also works well. It is in an area surrounded by resorts so it is not that walkable. There is access to the beach after a 20 min walk. Beach is public and beautiful. Amenities like restaurants in the area are mainly inside resorts. Uber to Iberia supermarket, well stocked.

Great vacation spot! Right on a beautiful well managed beach. Great restaurants around the condo or just a short walk away. We got every details about our arrival, transportation and stay from Stu right after we booked. Liz is wonderful, she welcomed us at arrival and gave us plenty of recommendations. Her guide book is a must read. You'll find really valuable information about the surroundings. We met a lot of friendly and welcoming people whenever we went. We had a great time! Thank you!

Leah's place was absolutely perfect! Our favorite highlight was THE VIEW! 🤩 Highly recommend! Everything was comfortable, secure, homey, and really fantastic! The patio made us feel pampered! We were so grateful for everything!

Loved this stay! Perfect location. Clean, new place with plenty of room to settle. Loved hanging out here after a day at the beach. The pool is lovely, and the beach is right there!
