Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in High Point

My family stayed at Joy's house for 5 nights. Everything was perfect with our stay. Joy and Eric were great hosts and communicated well. Our stay even included some delicious homemade cookies. The house itself is lovely and very clean. The tiny home was also great. Would highly recommend.

This place is lovely! Absolutely cute and felt right at home! So close to the hospital which was perfect for our stay. This is way better than any hotel! Host very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Morgan’s place. The house is super dog friendly, with dog beds and bowls inside and out and a big fenced back yard. Inside was spacious, fast WiFi, and was perfect for our stay. The house is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac in a walkable neighborhood, close to everything in Greensboro.

We stayed during the week of Thanksgiving and the house was exactly what we were looking for. It had plenty of space for bounding together but enough rooms to enjoy privacy. The two master suites were an excellent amenity. We will book with Wes again in the future.

We always enjoy staying here. Many places say “close to HPU”, but this truly is. No more than a 4-5 minute drive to campus. Walkable to a few coffee shops and restaurants. Host is super-responsive and quick to help whenever needed!

Didn't need three bedrooms this trip, but selected for location. Good bed, good bathrooms, and well equipped kitchen and laundry. Everything we needed for our visit except a toaster. My recommendations for improvement: Get a new couch. Current couch is terrible. Only a couple of inches higher than just sitting on the floor. Didn't need it, but fireplace appears to be for looks only. If it is functional, provide instructions for lighting it. If inoperative, put a sign on it. Stairs from rear deck need to be rebuilt. Slanted and outward sloping stair treads are treacherous in low light and/or wet conditions. One support on rear deck railing is rotted off. Doubt railing would support an adult who might lean against it. Provide some basic instructions for TV controls and how to access local broadcasts and any streaming services that are available. Overall a very nice little house. Couch doesn't measure up to the rest of the furnishings.

We enjoyed our stay at Jayme’s place while in town for the furniture market. The room was clean and the location was great. Close proximity to shopping and dining, and a short ten-minute drive to downtown.

This is a perfect and affordable spot in a lovely neighborhood near Downtown Greensboro and UNC-G. This cozy little space is ideal for a couple or a solo traveler like myself. There are plenty of clean towels and a fully functional kitchen with lots of condiments and little treats. You even get access to a washer and dryer. Jim, Peggy and their daughter Tess are perfect hosts and I hope to stay here again. Five stars on Everything!

Always a great stay with Eric and Blair. This is a great spot for a single person or couple who need a spot near UNCG and Greensboro College that is comfortable and feels like home. Their other units are great as well!

This is a cute little place. That is easy to find, easy to enter and quiet overnight. It looks like the pictures and was clean when we arrived. We just had an overnight stay but we enjoyed it.

She was very quick to respond and very accommodating! We needed to check in an hour earlier and she was more than okay with it. Place was cute and cozy and close to downtown and easily accessible. The driveway is steep so I couldn’t go up the hill without scraping my front end, but she was nice enough to let me know I could park on the side of the street. Would definitely book again!

A great little rental in a lovely neighborhood! Very quiet and safe, clean and well-maintained, centrally located for our needs, with a very comfy bed.

Very convenient for High Point Market, just behind the main areas. Not a brand new space, bur clean and well organized. Important things all covered, wifi, bathroom, and nice towels and linens. Does require a flight of stairs, but second floor was preferred.

Don’s place was as described. Clean quite area. Don was very responsive and helpful. Gave recommendations. The place had everything we needed and more. Would stay again

Frequent Flyer was the perfect place to stay for a family friend and me! We needed something in a pinch & I needed to extend my stay last minute. Jeff was a responsive host. The apartment had everything needed to make us feel at home & comfortable. I had a great time listening to the extensive collection of albums available. There are several restaurants & bars nearby & the arts district is just a quick drive away.

Cristy has an adorable Airbnb. The decor makes it feel like home. She was a responsive host and went above and beyond to help answer questions and problem solve when the Tv was acting up. We will definitely come back again! My daughter goes to Guilford College, which was about 20 minutes away. This was a perfect spot so that we could pick my daughter up from school and have a day or two to unwind before heading back to Northern Virginia. Highly recommended!

The Sir Drew is cozy, comfortable, and charming, quiet and safe. Well located to many Greensboro amenities, it borders on the edge of Fischer Park, a beautiful historic neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly. The Host is friendly, responsive, and environmentally conscious. My stay was a longer term rental (3 weeks); I felt I was coming home after a long day out. I was quite content with my stay and would love to return.
