Beautiful seaside apartment. Great base to explore the area. Host was very communicative about check in. The welcome book on arrival was a great help for the local area. The apartment was spotless and had a great set up. Especially liked the small selection of games for entertainment. Will definitely stay here again if available when visiting the area.

Stayed here as a base for a day trip to Beamish. It was ideally located, very clean, warm and comfortable. Good recommendations for food and information about shops nearby. Melanie was a really attentive host, very reassuring to know she would be available if needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we felt at home from the day we arrived. The cottage was perfect for our extended stay (a month) and we will fondly remember our time in the cottage, Frosterley and the Weardale and North Pennines area. Our hosts were very friendly, laid back and made us feel wonderfully relaxed during our stay. The cottage was warm, comfortable and well appointed and ideal for our needs. We would definitely recommend River View Cottage and the other accommodation in the courtyard to family and friends and we would definitely consider returning in the future for another break.

Really enjoyed the stay in Hawes. Lovely spot within easy walking distance of the village. The cottage was spacious and clean with everything we needed. The countryside around is unbeatable - we did a couple of great walks. Would recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful caravan and very clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Well decorated and little extras. really helpful things like salt and vinegar and shower gel. right on the sea front with a 10 walk to get feet on the sand. Beach was amazing really peaceful and lovely sunrise view. A lovely few days stay 💚

We loved our stay at The Vault! It was cosy, clean, and had everything we needed. Fantastic location too being only a 10 minute walk in to the centre of town. Alex was very responsive too if I had any questions! Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Hexham/the surrounding areas :)

Martins Farmhouse is a lovely, spacious house, furnished to a high standard and extremely well appointed. The location is very private and peaceful. We had a great few days with all our family - plenty space for adults, children, baby and dog. Would happily reccommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay in the pods and had such a relaxing time! They were super clean and beautiful inside with everything you could need in the kitchen and also had amazing views outside where our dog loved to look through the window. We especially loved how peaceful it was and the TV was an added bonus to relax at night. The location was great, it wasn’t far from Durham for a day trip and lots of local pubs/restaurants a ten minute drive away. Lucy was the perfect host and even let check in early/out late, her communication was top draw and she was super responsive but really appreciated how she left us to our own devices. Would love to stay in Summer and experience the outside a bit more, highly recommend 🙂 thanks again for an amazing stay!

We just had 2 nights, in the double decker bus and absolutely loved it!! It’s designed beautifully super cool stay, hot tub and added bonus!!. The host left Easter treats for our children along with birthday balloons for our son. Which was super thoughtful and very much appreciated. Lovely welcome basket, lots of nice little home touches. We stayed here for a family get together, there was 16 of us, but it felt like there was plenty of space and lots to do in the house. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfy and the hot tub was lovely after a day of walking. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in the cosy Shepards hut. Pauline sent some brilliant instructions to help us find it. Pauline and Bill were so friendly and even often to bring out a baby bath for our 6month old for us to use during our stay. The Shepards hut was peaceful, clean and cosy! we struggled to get out of bed in the mornings... it was that comfy! Myself and my partner, dog and daughter went on lots of walks. We also enjoyed eating out in dog friendly restaurants. We would definitely recommend the cosy hut! We hope to return at some point.

We booked Sarah’s place for a coworker to stay near to our place of work on Preston Farm Industrial Estate. We found Sarah’s house perfect for what we needed, comfortable, clean and near to the places we needed. Would recommend Sarah’s place to anyone staying in the Stockton area.
