Vacation rentals in Higginsville

Candice’s place was so cute! We loved the aesthetic and decor! There wasn’t a picture of the yard… but there should be because it’s huge!!! That was our favorite part because we traveled with a toddler! The beds were comfy, TVs were huge, and it was clean! The area was also super quiet, we are used to living in the busy city, it was nice to have some quiet! 10/10 would recommend!

Shannon was very accommodating and responsive. The house was perfect for our girl’s trip and slept 6. Beds are all very comfortable. The pull out couch was pretty stiff, but still an option if absolutely necessary. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans and utensils, which was very helpful and convenient for the at home meals we planned for! Very cute and clean. The location was absolutely perfect! Far enough out of the city that it was very quiet and relaxing, but close enough to do activities in the city. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

The accommodations were perfect for us! It was nicely appointed with everything we may need. We enjoyed being so close the shops and walking through the historic downtown. A very comfy retreat!

Came into town with a group of friends and family for a two day event and this property was the perfect fit for us. The host was right on top of communicating back to me when I had questions. The teenagers especially enjoyed the outdoor deck which was extremely spacious. The coffee was supplied and the host had provided more than enough supplies for the adults that stayed.

Kim was very responsive to questions I had before checking in. The house was spotless and loved the homey feeling when entering the house. My friend and I were in Sedalia for a weekend girls trip and the availability of having two bathrooms was great. Kim had a booklet of places to eat around Sedalia so that was very helpful for us too!

Michael and Cheryl’s place exceeded our expectations for a quick weekend trip! The home was lovely-very spacious, clean, private and exactly as pictured! The location was a short drive to the city and in a very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend the space to anyone looking for a place to stay, and will definitely be back when traveling to the area again!

This is a great place! Extremely well-stocked, clean, and convenient. Has a nice fenced-in back yard, perfect for dogs. Hosts are friendly and responsive. Superb stay.

Great place and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to host our 5 girls during our girls weekend getaway. Walking distance to elms was great so we could utilize the elms spa services.

I’ve been here before and I love it it’s so nice to chill and relax. Rhonda went above and beyond and got us hooked up with a fire pit that night we came in after a long stressful trip. We got to hear scratch owls, coyotes, crickets, frogs and some other animals we couldn’t make out for sure. Super quiet and relaxing, my favorite place in Missouri and the only place I’ll go to when I’m headed through the state :)
