Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Hiawassee

I’m tempted to write a bad review so more dates will be available when I’m ready to come back. This was our 2nd visit and it was great again. So much to do without leaving the house. Fishing, kayaking, volleyball, badminton, ping pong, foosball, fire pit, board games, etc. Great price too! The only problem this time was that the WiFi was a bit spotty, even after a couple resets. Probably for the best though! Looking forward to our next visit soon hopefully.

A most awesome place. The location is beautiful, the house extremely clean and comfortable, and the amenities top notch. Would definitely stay again. Host communications were first rate.

Paige's property was absolutely wonderful! It's tucked away and surrounded by peaceful ans beautiful views, the neighbors are courteous and considerate, and the area's shops and locations are well within reasonable distances. The attention to detail in this home was amazing, especially for anyone who brings their fur babies with them. We can't thank Paige enough for allowing us to share her space, she was very responsive and shared plenty of local recommendations! We would love to stay here again, at the very least come back to the Murphy area, the people here are very helpful, welcoming, and friendly!

We loved being able to travel with our dogs. The backyard was beautiful we enjoyed sitting on the deck as well as letting the dogs run free in the woods in the back! She was very responsive and a great host.

The pros: The home was awesome and had plenty of room. The view was beautiful and peaceful. It was the first place we stayed that had an actual baby bed; this was a welcomed blessing. It had plenty of blankets and towels for everyone and was extremely clean. We would definately stay here again. The cons: No king size beds for the adults. Parking was a challenge and it does not have a private drive. It also needed a coffee maker for pods and we would have enjoyed more couches on the main floor with recliners verses the straight back chairs. The towels also needed some fabric softner - they were really rough (small details). Overall: Excellent home and host experience. It is well worth the rental price!

Had a really nice stay at this home for our annual trip with the dogs to the mountains. The pups were in love with the open land to run and play. It was truly a cozy space with a lot to offer. We enjoyed the various activities set up around the property. Waking up to the beautiful mountain view never gets old!

Great place with easy access to lake! Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Super responsive host and very accommodating. We will be back.

Laura is an amazing host and very organized! Take Paws has everything you need including kitchen accessories, bedding, outdoor grilling & a fire pit. It’s also a great location beyond just Franklin, like visiting Highlands, Bryson City and playing golf at Sequoyah National Golf Course. Very easy to find and so peaceful!

Great location! Small cozy guest house. Parking spot was tight for our large 2500 but we made it work. Recommendations were great.

This is my favorite Tiny Home in Blue Ridge. The added decks with the grill and fire pit make it more special. It is comfy and feels like home. I enjoy renting from Craig. He is quick to respond and is open to requests.

Brads place was perfect for my family and I to celebrate Spring break with 3 teenagers and a 4 year old. The basement was absolutely amazing and the kids stated that it was perfect for them, while we enjoyed the view and fireplace upstairs. You will see a lot of deer while there which was so amazing! We hope to come back and enjoy the amazing river during warmer months. Thank you Brad

Enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It is in a neighborhood of cabins, and it’s the last one on the end (I liked that. ) probably the best stocked and supplied air bnb I’ve ever been in. Literally a home away from home. Tin foil when I was cooking and well stocked seasonings for my pasta. The towels were easily in sight at hot tub and showers. Just a really well thought out and planned vacation home. My only complaint was a 10am check out time! Would prefer 11am, just so we’d have enough time for a brunch at the river…. 🥲 I haven’t air bnb’d in a while and this home made me remember why I should more. Friendly, cozy, lovely, clean 10/10.

This was honestly our best airbnb stay to date! The villa is beautiful and view is unmatched. We loved the pool and the fantastic kitchen.

We loved our family vacation here! The home was decorated beautifully for Christmas, and though it is very spacious, it felt cozy. The spacious kitchen was fully furnished with all the dishes, flatware, cookware, utensils, etc that could possibly be needed for prepping and hosting. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and walks out to the most gorgeous deck overlooking the pool and the mountains! This home has 2 fireplaces and is furnished with a pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, treadmill & elliptical. The outdoor area includes grills, a fire pit, patio, hot tub, and swimming pool. The home was immaculate! Arriving and leaving instructions were easy and clear. There were no disappointments with this AirBnB !!

A great place to stay for some R&R. Peaceful, quiet and great view from any room in the cabin. We did get loss , we couldn’t find it at first, my gps did work and I did not lose signal , but when we turn down the road it keeps telling me I have arrived which is not the place. I have to keep going down the road and saw the number for the property. We brought our fishing rods and tried to fish, we got a bite but didn’t catch any. All in all it was an awesome stay and we had a wonderful time we would definitely stay there again when in the area.

We had a wonderful long weekend with our children and grandchild. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and loved touring Blue Ridge. We would definitely go back!

A nice place to get away from the city . Don’t hesitate to book this trip .

Very unique place with more fresh eggs than you can eat and take home. Steve meets you when you arrive which nice to meet the host who is full of information and recommendations. We felt very much at home there. The location is central to the most beautiful water falls and hiking trails in North Georgia. I think we could live there. Can't wait to go back.

Jenn is absolutely amazing and her place is awesome. All the animals and what a beautiful property. Jenn really has a great place and the price is absolutely incredible. Probably the least expensive place I have ever stayed in, yet one of the nicest. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be staying again soon.

The cabin is well maintained, every item needed is available. Dylan is quick to respond to any questions we may have. The location of the cabin is within a few miles of the sites we visited. We could not ask for a better location or host. Thank you.

We had an amazing stay at Mathew’s home. He was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. We had a lot of fun with games provided at the house. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. The home had plenty of space and was clean, well stocked. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future. View from the deck was also stunning. Enjoyed morning coffee with a Mountain View. You won’t regret booking this place! Bonus-close drive to Blue Ridge, we ate at the General Ledger for lunch per guide recommendation and it was delicious!

This cabin was absolutely BEAUTIFUL with a GORGEOUS view! I couldn't have asked for a better stay for my vacation. Michelle was very helpful with local recommendations and friendly all together. The cabin felt very homey and comfortable. It's in a great location as far as being close to restaurants, stores, activities ect. I would HIGHLY recommend this stay if you are looking for a vacay in the mountains! :)

My dog usually barks at anything that moves. She found peace and quiet. Not even a whimper all night. That was her first time away from home and that was an absolute plus for us.
