Vacation rentals with breakfast in Herne Bay

We loved our stay at Jo"s place. Jo is so warm, and friendly, and made us feel very welcomed. The setting was idyllic, and private, with stunning views. We appreciated how comfortable, and cozy the accomodation was, and felt well taken care of. The house is similar to a beautiful dollhouse, Michelle is very friendly and lovely to show us all around the house and her beautiful horses. This place is a gem! Wish to stay a bit longer!

We have just had a wonderful week at Angee’s place. Very close to the beach and cafes. Little and Friday is an easy work. Wild wheat is just around the corner. We found Angee’s place very clean and tidy. Angee was great to communicate with very. We would recommend this as a great stay.

They were simply amazing hosts that went well above and beyond our wildest expectations!!! It is a lovely property and they are very attentive. Would definitely recommend this property to everyone that loves a nice & welcoming property and only steps from a beautiful beach.

We had a fantastic stay in Auckland. Tammees house was ideal, great location very comfortable, felt right at home, and the spa was a great treat at the end of the day. Highly recommend.

Great location, walkable to beach and restaurants. Nice living space opens out to covered deck and garden, would be very nice once pool renovation is complete. House is mostly cool with summer weather, note there is no central air conditioning. We did not need it during our stay. Minor improvements could be kitchen utensils update ie knives that are sharp, lids for pots etc, consider rubbish bins in bathrooms and shampoo/conditioners. Tissues in house. Hairdryer was missing however when informed, one was delivered to house within the hour. Very responsive hosts. Would stay with them again.

Paula and Peter were friendly and helpful... and best of all, our dog was so relaxed and happy here. The fenced back section was ideal for our golden retriever to safely hang out in, and there's a green pocket park directly across the street. We're still so charmed by the cheese plate and fruit platter that turned up in our fridge. Oh - and lightening fast, reliable internet. Thanks so much!

overall, great spot to stay! we stayed for 1 night after flying into Auckland. It was a little tricky finding the apartment building for first time, but easy to navigate afterwards. Nothing fancy by any means, but that's not what we were looking for nor desired. Would recommend as most time spent isn't in the room anyway!

Clean and comfortable room ~ Beautiful view ~ Close to the sea ~ Have spent Chinese New Year with friends here ~ Just the pot is a little old, the coating is about to fall off, it needs to be replaced ~

We couldn’t believe our luck! Dean & Margarets place is the perfect place to stay and exceeded expectations. It’s very stylish,clean,well equipped and most importantly the bed is amazing with Crisp ,clean ,fresh bedding. It’s was very peaceful,the whole huge apartment was faultless.

We enjoyed our week at Tanja's place. Very peaceful surroundings and comfortable. Tanja was friendly and proactive in communicating.

The unit has everything you need and the view is spectacular. Would happily seek this spot out again 🙂

Marg is a fabulous host. Her place is one of the nicest we have stayed at. She goes beyond expectations in having breakfast items and treats. Easy walk to many restaurants and the beach, yet quiet. We had a wonderful stay! The place was super clean, cosy and quiet, and had everything we needed. What stood out was the hospitality of the hosts. We only met Wayne but he was such a great person to get to know. He showed us the glow worms in Titirangi and spoiled us with smoothies and ice cream. We could not recommend this place more! Thanks Wayne and Jihee for this fantastic experience!

I arrived early evening and Felicity was kind to offer me a wine to relax with and to have a chat. Everything was as described. A spacious extremely clean bedroom and bathroom. A very comfortable bed with quality linens. Immaculate home. Great location with a short walk to the City ferry.

Antoinette and Barry were amazing hosts. The breakfast was delicious, and a big thank you for the lift to and from the ferry. We had a great stay.

A handy spot for Devonport or Takapuna. Easy to find. Very small bedrooms up a flight of stairs from the small bathroom & toilet combined. Lovely kind hosts.

We loved staying at Deborah’s home. The accommodations were comfortable and she communicated very well. She was a very gracious host, and we loved eating breakfast while getting to know her better.

It would not be fair not to tell by how wonderful this place is. From the first moment, warmly welcomed and given the space to acclimatize after a long flight. It was the first stop of a trip through NZ, how can the other stops surpass this?😄

Conny’s place is just beautiful! Like being in a 5 star hotel - but also with a home away from home vibe . A friendly, responsive host and absolutely everything had been thought of. We will definitely stay again. I cannot recommend enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
