House vacation rentals in Hermosa Cóbano Beach

Excellent place, very welcoming and family, of fixed I will return with my family, nothing more an observation for new customers, take care to leave the food well kept at night, since the kitchen is open concept and many raccoons arrive at night, one day they left us without breakfast since they wallowed absolutely everything. From there, everything is super good.

The place it's fantastic, walking distance to the beach, Jeffe it's a great host always ready to help. The flat is really nice with good pool and nice deck to eat or drink something. really clean place and the most important really close to the beach, you just need Walk by 5 min to reach the beach, a lot of restaurants around ( expensive and cheap ones ) so options for everyone

A wonderful experience, highly recommended! Our stay at Alexandra's property was simply spectacular. From the first moment, communication was fast and clear, which made our arrival very simple. Alexandra was always attentive to any questions, providing exceptional attention. The house exceeded our expectations. It is much nicer than the photos, with a cozy decoration and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. You can see the care in every detail, from impeccable cleanliness to the little touches that make it feel like a home. The location is also a great point in favor. The house is centrally located and beautiful, with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. In addition, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, which allowed us to enjoy with total tranquility. We would definitely love to return in the future. We recommend this property 100% for those looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

awesome stay!! Rotem was very friendly and responsive. The apartment was central and walkable to local shops/restaraunts and very clean. Cleaners came daily to tidy up and replace any linens! Kitchen was a bit sparse so if you are planning to cook you’ll need to purchase oil, seasoning, etc but otherwise had the necessary dishware. Would absolutely stay here again!

What an incredible community at Los Delfines! We loved everything about it and this place was a perfect location for walking to the beach, golf, the restaurant.

Really enjoyed our stay at Lucia and Nicola, awesome meeting our hosts too who were very kind and helpful. The accomodation is located in a beautiful spot, there are walks starting from the property and it is at walking distance (uphill) from delicious restaurants, beautiful beach and the Montezuma waterfall. Very chill and friendly atmosphere !

Our trip back to Tambor was the best yet! We had a wonderful time in the backyard oasis as well as having adventures in and around Tambor. The villa had all the comforts of home which made cooking dinners at the house convenient if we didn't want to go out. The grocery store in Los Delfines was a short walk away and had plenty to choose from and was restocked often. Thank you for being such fantastic hosts!

Our accommodation was very good. My group was looking for a house with a good location and that's exactly what Roy offered us. The photos end up valuing the house too much, but still the cost of benefit was very good. At Villas Amoi you don't have the greatest luxury, but you have plenty of room and you're in a great location.

This home is such an amazing place to stay. Wonderful location, steps from the surf, amazing windows, so much natural light, amazing views from inside and the covered porch, comfortable furniture, beds. Truly one of the most memorable places. Cleaning staff and Karen are super attentive , responsive and nice. Thx you.

We arrived on Xmass eve and the stove did not work. We were so happily surprised by caretaker Sebastian’s quick action and immediate show up of the friendliest repairman. Great great great. Thank you and we’d like to repeat our stay !

Our group of 12 stayed at Havana Villa for our graduation trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The layout is fantastic—spacious, well-designed rooms with air conditioning surrounding beautiful open-air common areas that made it easy to relax and enjoy time together. The cleaning staff was truly incredible, taking care of us every day and keeping the space spotless and manageable. Huge shoutout to Evi (the host) and Michele (the local manager) for being super responsive and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was ideal—close enough to Santa Teresa’s beaches, restaurants, and shops to enjoy the action, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The villa comfortably housed all of us, and we could easily see it accommodating up to 18 people. We even had space to bring in a yoga instructor for a private session one morning! Highly recommend Havana Villa for any group looking for the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, luxury.

It is a good place, peaceful, tranquil and safe. Internet works well, the AC too. Will book it again for sure.

This place was a gem! Location could not be better—right up the hill from tons of great restaurants, shops, and the beach. Easy to access with an ATV. Our taxi driver was not able to take us to the very top of the hill where the house is, so keep this in mind when booking your transportation to the house. We had an amazing stay, and the hosts were able to answer any questions we had promptly. The house has a gorgeous view of the ocean and sunset, the bed were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great in each bedroom. We would absolutely come back and recommend this place to anyone staying in Santa Teresa!

As others have said the pictures don’t do this place justice. The views are stunning!! Waking up every morning with a view of the Pacific ocean and howler monkeys is a dream come true!! Access to the property is much easier than others we have stayed at. The road is well maintained but steep at points. We had a 4x4 but maybe not needed at all times of the year. The house itself is well stocked for cooking and very clean. The gardens are the best I’ve seen in my travels this far :) Yoga in the mornings coordinated by Pacific Azure was just what we need. Would stay again!

Incredibly beautiful location that was always available to help us with anything we needed or asking questions. The location was breathtakingly beautiful. I would unquestionably suggest this area to anyone considering relocating. It has a really welcoming atmosphere, is close to all the eateries and the beach, and offers breathtaking views and wildlife in the center of the forest. It was simply incredible. Thank you to Alvaro and Sophia for memorable and spectacular vacation definitely will be back !!!

You can’t beat the location. We’ve been to Santa Teresa a lot and knew location was important to us and this place did not disappoint! For the price you couldn’t ask for anything more. I would consider this a budget/economy accommodation. As long as you know that going in and are wanting a great location you’ll be very happy here.
