Vacation rentals with beach access in Hermosa Beach

The place was absolutely beautiful and just a short walk to the beach, making it the perfect location for a peaceful getaway. The surroundings were serene, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking—something we looked forward to each evening. Both rooms were equipped with air conditioners, ensuring our stay was comfortable even during warmer days. The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a tranquil and enjoyable stay!

My third time staying at the Palms. The location is great if you like quiet and awesome views. It’s a 5 min walk to restaurant and bars. It’s a $4 Uber to everything else in Jaco. The guards are amazing, especially Tony. Will be back again soon!

This was a great last minute rental. Maria was a great host and helpful with everything. I would rent from this group again and even consider buying a place for them to manage. I hope to visit again soon.

The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. The building is well managed and has a lovely pool and beach access. We would stay again for sure. One minor irritation was regular loud music coming from the Best Western nextdoor; however they kept it quiet before 10 am and after 10 pm. It wasn't a problem for us but may bother some.

This is likely THE best unit in the entire facility. I have stayed in these condos a number of times because they are on the beach with great pools. I have rented, and viewed, a lot of other units and…wow. Hector has done a nice job on the inside design and, between that and IMO the BEST view in the facility (unobstructed corner penthouse), we wanted to take a minute to highly recommend this unit. This house is fun! It has a roof top deck with a beautiful view of the ocean, and lots of tropical birds and monkeys around the property. The pool was great to have to cool down after a walk on the beach. The house was very spacious and clean. we will definitely stay again!

I would highly recommend staying at David's place. David was great to work with leading up to our trip and his co-host Askel was AMAZING!!! Askel arranged our transportation from and to San Jose Airport for us, helped us book our excursions, and answered all of our touristy questions in a friendly and timely manner. Simple the best customer service ever! The location is perfect for a quiet and amazing vacation. The beach is 30 steps from the house with beautiful black sand, Jaco was only 10 minutes away if you want to experience all the fun things tourists do. The house is beautiful, beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with all the things you need for cooking, the pool was warm and clean and refreshing to relax in on hot days. I give this place a 10/10 and will stay here again when I go back to Costa Rica.

A very comfortable place to stay with your family. It has what you need for a relaxing stay, kitchenware, grill, jacuzzi, swimming pools and the beautiful sea.

If you're looking for "resort-like accomodations," Gary's spot probably isn't for you. But if you're looking for an authentic feel with a really nice and gracious host and don't mind traveling [a fairly short distance] to get to shopping etc, this is perfect. Gary lives on-site and was available for questions. The house is super cute and overlooks the beach and its pool. We saw beautiful birds and a family of monkeys. You'll also see plenty of lizards and frogs, etc. The sunsets were amazing. It was quaint and perfect for our group of 7 to hang out. My only feedback would be that the cook wasn't available, which would have been nice to know ahead of time, as this did alter our meal plans quite a bit. Parking was also a little tricky, as there were already several cars taking up space. But we enjoyed our stay, and those things don't alter my satisfaction or 5 star review.

We had an amazing stay in Jaco! The location was perfect—just a one-minute walk to the beach, making it super convenient for early swims and sunset strolls. The place was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like beach towels that made our stay even more enjoyable. The stay was great, everything was the way we wanted it. The area is very nice, and the house spacious and clean. Communication with the owners was excellent, they were very attentive from the first minute. We would definitely return.

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

Amazing location! I don't recall the name of the Italian restaurante across the street but I highly recommend it. The beach was a few minutes walk away and one of the best ones we've seen here. Will absolutely stay there again.

I can't say enough good things about our experience at this Airbnb. We visited Jaco Beach for 4 days and it was absolutely perfect in every way. The hosts provided top-notch support throughout our stay, always responsive and proactive with any updates or notifications. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and productive stay, including a great setup for remote work, if necessary. We really enjoyed our stay at The Palms. The unit was very clean, organized & spacious. We cooked several meals at the condo and felt we had all of the necessary utensils & supplies that were needed. All kitchen equipment & appliances worked as well, which is not always the case at other rentals. The bedrooms were clean with plenty of storage. The location with the large patio overlooking the pool and ocean were great for meals and afternoon drinks. We hope to visit this property again in the future. Thank you. Bryce

Christians place was fantastic! The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely during the hot days in Jaco. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)

Beautiful condo with rooftop access, balconies, lots of amenities, and an easy walk to restaurants, shopping and bars. The pool was great and the access to the beach was perfect.

The view from this place is beautiful and peaceful. It is located on the third floor and the balcony is wehere we spent most of the time when not on the beach so that we could take in the views. Jessica and Cristopher were very communicative, friendly and easy to reach. The condo is very spacious, comfortable, and has good working AC. it also had beach toys, towels and chairs. The only downside, if any, is that the furnishings (couches, beds and linens) were a little on the older side. Over all, it was a great stay.

The place is amazing. 3 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the pool. Comfortable, nice, matches the description, fully equipped. I recommend it 100%
