We love Bianka’s place, both The Studio and the Sweet Pea Suite. Comfortable and cozy. Bianka is a great host. We look forward to staying there when in Little Falls.

Juan made my stay very welcoming and homely the location has plenty of restaurants nearby theirs a Walmart and planet fitness 15 minutes away. Being that it snows pretty frequently Juan had someone snow plow, shovel and salt the driveway and stairs which made it very convenient to leave early mornings thank you Juan.

Had an amazing stay at this home. Very short walking distance to gorgeous lake. Close by the Adirondacks for sightseeing. Free of clutter and well furnished. Hot tub was definitely the shinning start amongst the rest of the amenities listed. Each room had its own smart tv just as described and new heater/AC unit. Very private and peaceful location. Ultimately, we had a very relaxing stay and left full of content and satisfaction.

This place was so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and so was the rest of the home with extra blankets and sheets. Getting inside was easy and so was checking out. Very very pleased with our stay!!

Honestly, couldn't have asked for a better place for our stay. We were in town to run in the Peak2Brew two day relay from Gore Mountain to Utica and this spot was a great place to make our home base the night before the race and the night in between . Very clean, spacious and comfortable for us all to get as much rest as possible so we could run as hard as possible. Conveniently located right beside a grocery store. Would love to come back to the area to explore when not running and would book this place again without any hesitation. Definitely one of, if not the, best Airbnb I've ever stayed at.

We had a great time in this small apartment. It is definitely just big enough for two people. It has a queen sized bed and a Keurig with k-cups. Of course, it is close to everything in town and we appreciated that! One thing that was no clear to us was that the apartment was on the second floor. Not a big deal but would have been better for us to know. Overall - a great experience and we would stay here again.

Jaynee and her family made us feel right at home. Our stay was super relaxing and enjoyable. The property had gorgeous views and the kids loved the cows. The space had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Dan took our family on a ride through the property to see the wild life and views. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back !

Tasha was very responsive and kept us informed. The space was clean with no trace of bugs or rodents and that’s important to me. We did go out and purchase a full size comforter and cotton sheets, which I prefer instead of satiny ones. It was a nice & quiet stay.

was in good location very quiet very nice. it was not far from anywhere i was trying to go. i will be returning. the bed was very comfortable and it was very clean and nice. they left us wine and had whatever we needed when we arrived. thank you for allowing me to stay at your place

Ver cute & cozy apartment. Conveniently located on Rt 28 across the street from Keys Restaurant in Old Forge. Perfect for a weekend for 2 people.

My family and I love staying at this place when we visit Little Falls. Great location and clean unit. We will be back again.
