We had a great stay by the sea. The accommodation is as described, very good bedding, equipped and 20 m from the beach. We were able to easily visit the surrounding area.

We had a great time in this cozy, very nice and comfortable apartment. Its location is ideal, close to the sea and restaurants. Our hosts are responsive and very accommodating. In short, everything was perfect, we'll be back with pleasure!

Very peaceful accommodation, beach within walking distance, convenience store and restaurants nearby. It is very hot in the accommodation during the day, the 2 fans were appreciated. Self check-in and checkout with very simple and quick lockbox, clear explanations. We had a great time at this place for two:)

We had a great time at Valerie's place. Everything was as described: the apartment is perfectly equipped, both for leisure (tennis rackets, ping pong) and for everyday comfort. The photos and information provided were valuable and accurate, and Bernadette was very attentive, giving us all the useful tips for transportation, including buses 3 and 5 to take to get around easily. For those who want to discover the area "otherwise," we recommend renting scooters at Tech Move, and to eat, a delicious little restaurant"Le Bistro" is just 500 meters from the apartment. In Sète itself, the restaurant "L 'Oranger" is also a beautiful discovery for the intentional "bougon" character of the boss . Thanks again to Valerie and Bernadette for a great stay!

Thanks to Christel, we spent a week with the family in this perfect gem for a relaxing and above all friendly holiday. The stay, the setting, the amenities, the surroundings, everything was perfect for us and Christel's warm welcome really helped us quickly enjoy our vacation. When it came to the listing, everything was also nice and true to the photos. We spent hours in the pool and hot tub which are really added value to us. On the practical side, nothing to say, the kitchen is very well equipped, the air conditioning works very well just like the washing machine... Really everything was designed so that the main motto is'vacation''. I highly recommend this place.

We had a very nice family holiday in Olivier's house, the house is in a very quiet area. There is a good bakery nearby. The entire garden with pool invites you to linger to spend time with family. The beach is a 20-minute walk away. For this reason, we have always used the car to make excursions in the area. The apartment is very nicely furnished, the available toys are a plus for children.

great little house and good location. if you rent a bike we are 15 minutes from the center of the grau. nice pool. and some small shops to troubleshoot 10 minutes away. I recommend this small accommodation cosi. and the September to grau parties always as wonderful. also bcp of pleasant restaurants. ns will go back.

We had a lovely week with family. From Emilie's welcome to the departure by mother Maryse who is a very warm person. Before check-in and throughout the stay, Sabrina was available for any questions. We felt right at home with absolutely all the necessary amenities! We are very sensitive to cleanliness, nothing to say about it, it was pristine. As indicated in the description, the place is just a few minutes walk from the beach. You also have supermarkets nearby. The property is located in a private residence with parking space, not to mention the many spaces facing the property. Come, I can assure you that you won't be disappointed! We really enjoyed our holiday in your house with 6 adults and 6 children. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, everything is available. There is a nice BBQ. In the bathroom there were clean towels, a hair dryer and even a hair straightener. The terrace is also well equipped. The house is very cozy. The air conditioner saved us in the hot weather. After the beach we were able to do our laundry in the washing machine (this possibility is especially important with children). We also had a TV with local TV available and we can also watch YouTube. There is parking for 3 cars. Kenza is very friendly! It feels hospitable and friendly attitude! The sea is in two minutes walking. View of the sea from the windows of the bedrooms on the first floor. The beach is clean and there were not many people. Very good holiday, we are very satisfied!

We (a family of three) enjoyed staying at Olivier's place very much. The house is very close to the beach & Olivier provides a lot of what you need on the beach (sunbeds, umbrellas, ...). The house is nicely decorated, clean & we found everything we needed. Olivier was very quick to respond to any questions. Overall, we enjoyed it very much and if we come to Marseillan Plage again, we would love to take this house again.

We had a very nice time with Pieter and Carmen. The studio is cozy and you can use the garden including the pool. It still has a table that is outside, so you have privacy when you want to sit comfortably outside. Unfortunately, the kitchen is not so well equipped, which is why I would recommend bringing utensils if you wanted to cook. Overall we had a very good experience and can recommend this studio:)

We felt comfortable. Two apartment keys were provided, which was sometimes very helpful. The apartment was handed over to us clean and is modernly furnished. It may be important for German vacationers. There is a normal filter coffee machine available. A tiny shortcoming: the number of outlets is manageable. It can't hurt to bring a multiple outlet.
