Access the Tooky River (great for swimming, kayaking and fishing) just steps away & enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

Outings: Antique Alley, Chucksters, Stonehouse Pond, Meadows State Park, Portsmouth,Concord. *Sleeps 4. *PET FEE $25 per dog/ night. 1-2 behaved dogs. Chuck's is a neat and tidy stand alone home dedicated to vacation rentals. Fully stocked! Private and convenient on 7 sunny acres overlooking Mt Ascutney. Plenty to do out your door- hiking, snow-shoeing, skating, sledding, skinning and family-friendly skiing over at Ascutney. Brownville Butcher and Pantry is an active gathering place in the village. The best meats and fish anywhere! More downhill and cross-country/skate skiing, restaurants, pubs, and breweries all within 25 minute drive.

There's a grill, picnic table, fire pit :) Quiet location Gunstock and, winter sports, zip line!

Seasonal lake side cottage

Cottage comes with the use of two kayak's, a canoe, two stand up paddle boards, an outside fire place to roast s'mores. (Please do not use fireplace until dusk). Refrigerator & freezer, microwave, keurig, toaster, basic pots and pans, outside grill,a clean lake with swimming area. Tv/DVD player & DVD’s(no cable). We supply towels,linens & beach towels. Friendly neighbors on either side of cottage. Water is fine to use, but not to drink. A perfect relaxing, unplugged weekend getaway.

This was my personal unit for a couple of years. It's fully equipped with a brand new bathroom lrg. tile shower, full kitchen, 55" UHD TV, Hi-Speed Internet, new Split System AC is comfy & quiet & a lrg. sectional couch that'll sleep-2 very comfortably. Lake living at its finest.
