Tim and Debbie’s home was absolutely lovely! One of the best homes ever! It was in a very nice, quiet, and historic neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful homes. And it was close to restaurants and activities. Great walking neighborhood’ The home was very tastefully decorated, welcoming and comfortable. You could tell they put a lot of time and effort into making their home a place where people would like to stay. Christmas is a week away and they had cute holiday accents throughout! The home was spotless and had all of the things we needed. Tim & Debbie’s correspondence was quick and reliable; they were most gracious and accommodating. We’ll definitely stay again! Thank you!

Whether you have a pet or not, Keith’s place is the perfect Evansville BnB. Everything was perfectly clean, cozy, and NEW— you would never guess that it was pet-friendly! Keith was a rockstar host and we would stay here in the future without hesitation.

The home perfectly accommodated our family of 10. The location was ideal to meet family for church Christmas Eve at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, only a few blocks away. The host was exceptionally responsive prior to arrival. The home matched the description, was well appointed, clean, and cozy. We are very thankful to have found this property.

Third time staying here great home and host

Definitely recommend! Beautiful, clean, and great hosts! The only “complaint” we had was the cleaners left all the towels in the dryer even though we paid the cleaning fee on top of the early service fee. But we communicated it to Tyler and he addressed it!:)

Our stay was unusual, in that we live two blocks away, but suddenly found ourselves without power for days in the middle of an ice storm. Scrambling for a place for 4 adults and 2 small dogs, I remembered having seen the listing for the Hobbit House, and sent a message to see if they had power and would accept us on such short notice. They generously agreed to host us and we moved in within an hour or two. Even with no notice, we felt welcomed and pampered. While we normally wouldn’t choose a place with all the bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor, once we got settled it worked out well. We really appreciated all the thoughtfulness displayed, from treats to providing anything we needed for coffee, for showers, for relaxing with a game, for trying to work remotely. When we needed to extend our stay from two nights to five, again, it was generously permitted. I love knowing such a welcoming place is in our neighborhood.

Was I wonderful say. The host was very Helpful, And prompt to answer any of our questions.. Provided us with snacks and breakfast. The home was very welcoming, As well as spacious. Everything we needed was provided.I would definitely recommend staying.

The location was very clean and has a comfortable open living area. Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Nathan was a great host!!

Absolutely magical, beautiful space. Well kept trails, easy access to the river. Everything id clean. Everything works as it should. Lori is fun and phenomenal, and very responsive. The cabin is well built and beautiful as well. Great place all around!

Angela’s place was fantastic value and she was incredibly helpful and offered to extend our stay when weather hit.

Nice house, beds were firm but comfortable, plenty of towels and great quality toilet paper (it’s a thing for me). We had a little trouble getting in - my fault for not reading the instructions carefully enough. Plus we got in after dark and there was no outside light. I tried to put my code in the lock box next to the door, thinking I needed a key to get in. Turns out, the code was for the keypad on the door itself. I messaged Drew, and he responded immediately and we were able to enter no problem. I was really impressed that he was on it so quickly. We had a couple other questions during our stay and he was super responsive and accommodating on both counts. Cons about the house, it’s old and all the steps are steep - they just built them that way. Even the outside front steps are steep with no handrail and it’s not accessible if you have mobility issues. Be careful! Would stay there again.
