Water cascades down a rocky cliff, creating a series of gentle waterfalls that flow into a serene pool below. Lush greenery surrounds the scene, with earthy tones of brown and green from the moss-covered rocks and tree roots partially visible at the base.

Debra offers a great little place to stay. Peacefully out of town yet a close drive to many places. Great value, warm and comfortable. Debra was a great communicator with instructions, she warmly greeted us and came to say farewell too. Highly recommend.

Ocean Air Retreat + Studio

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Stanley with family and friends! The location was perfect, and the house had everything we needed. There was a minor issue with the Wi-Fi at first, but Collin was super responsive and quickly addressed the issue, even checking with the neighbors. The best part was the thoughtful touches for kids – tons of toys, coloring sheets, and pencils, plus plenty of books and games for adults. It made the stay so enjoyable for everyone. Overall, a fantastic place to stay – highly recommended for families and groups! -Rahul

Penguin Farm Retreat - Spa Cottage

JeanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We enjoyed our time at the hobby farm. Penny and Gary were great communicators and were thoughtful and friendly, sharing their produce with us. The house had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and excellent heating. It was a bonus having a spa pool to enjoy and a nice patio area to sit and enjoy the surroundings. It was also fun having the sheep and the llamas to say hello to and to feed. The home is located in a rural setting, about a five minutes drive up the hill from Penguin, so it was peaceful with beautiful surroundings, while also being close to shops. The home was ideally situated in a great central location with so many wonderful places to visit within a 60-90 minute drive. A great choice for a relaxing stay.

Felt right at home right away. Penny was a wonderful and helpful host and we had a lovely time here. Even though there were other tenants in the unit next door it still felt quite private too.

The Cottage @Penguin Hill Farm

This was a lovely last stay in Tasmania before we headed back to Melbourne. A very clean and neat cottage, and we loved the chickens and cows (thanks Wendy for giving us a chicken tour with such short notice!). Sitting on the deck just looking at the ocean was my favourite thing to do here, but we also really enjoyed discovering the towns of Latrobe and nearby Penguin (which had a great cafe and other things open on Good Friday for which we were very thankful!). A lovely part of Tassie, thanks for hosting us.

Hide-Away Cabin for Two - Table House Farm

A Wonderful Stay at Wendy’s Farm! Wendy’s farm was absolutely immaculate—clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The little touches, like the delicious cheese and wine, made our experience even more special. I was especially delighted that her farm was part of the Gone Nuts track—such a unique and wonderful experience! Wendy is an incredibly kind, caring, and thoughtful host. She even made sure we had plenty of drinking water, which we truly appreciated. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, making for a perfect night’s sleep. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you, Wendy, for such a fantastic experience!
