A wonderful apartment. Great amenities, great quality. Everything you want and more. Generous number of all items available. Games, toys, more than enough dishwashing tabs, wonderful large sauna with great amenities. Great beds, thick towels… I could mention many more very good details. Very good, very friendly and accommodating communication. Absolutely excellent and highly recommended!

The apartment was very nice and also very clean. We were received nicely and briefly instructed. There was everything we needed and we had a good time. Surroundings is quiet and beautiful. The special highlight was the whirlpool and sauna. Thank you for the great accommodation 👍🏻😊

Patrizia's place is incredible! Great location, extremely quiet and you fill directly at home. The house is very cozy and easy access to the sauna. Also, nice places close by like restaurants and nature reserve (10 min. reachable by car). Patrizia was also extremely nice, helpful and super easy to talk with.

Great apartment for a relaxing getaway. We stayed at Martin's place as a family with three teenagers and dog and had everything you need there! The kitchen is small but very well equipped including a fully automatic coffee machine. The location was great for us, as you can reach everything within walking distance, also perfect for dog owners, as there is a freewheel on the beach. Martin personally welcomed us and explained everything in detail, always responded quickly and reliably to our questions beforehand. We highly recommend the apartment!

Ralf's house, which is detached and available to guests for their own use, is very nice. It offers plenty of space and even has a covered outdoor area that can also be used in the rain. The technical equipment is consistently great, if we had any questions Ralf was very easy to reach and not only answered quickly, but even accommodated a special request from me. We were there over New Year's Eve in the hope that our dog would have more peace before New Year's Eve fireworks. There were shots, but not to the extent that you are otherwise used to. Emden is a pretty town and even has a small beautiful sandy beach, which can be reached on foot from Café Strandlust (free parking) in about 10 minutes. The pretty towns of Leer and Aurich are nearby, and the idyllic showcase town of Greetsiel is also easily accessible. We highly recommend Ralf's house and thank you for the lovely stay!

Silke is a very warm and dedicated host. We felt totally comfortable from the first minute. The fireplace was already crackling and various treats were ready for us. The apartment is very comfortably furnished, the beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. Communication with Silke worked perfectly. A special surprise was a birthday cake (it was my birthday that weekend). Absolute recommendation and happy to come back any time!

We had a great stay and were thrilled with the beautiful furnishings and amenities. We were greeted with a lovingly designed covered dining table and everyone said that we had never had such beautiful glasses, plates, etc. in any accommodation before.

I rented this home for myself and my employees, and we were happy. The neighborhood around the house is very quiet and peaceful. The host is very communicative and responds to every request. The house is very spacious and there is nothing missing, in addition it is very warm - I rented the house in the winter month. I recommend it to everyone and are always happy to rent again.
