Vacation rentals with a patio in Heiterwang

A perfect spot for a short stay in Innsbruck! Elizabeth is an excellent host and made our trip very pleasant indeed. I spent some time looking for a suitable apartment that was near the centre but reasonably priced. The apartment lived up to expectation. We used Google Maps to locate buses and tram times and used the various bus stops near the apartment. The Old Town is nearby and public transport is very good. With the Innsbruck pass we went up the local mountain and out to the villages by tram. Museums and castles and Christmas markets in abundance. An excellent stay, thank you.

We were welcomed friendly and chatty and the place was clean and tidy. The host was always eager to make the stay as pleasant as possible and said goodbye to us on the last night with a snap.

Really great location! 2 minute walk to the bus that takes you to st anton. For a small kitchen, it was very well equipped. It was a little tricky to find on as maps give you the wrong address. However it’s a very small town so you won’t get too lost. Free parking was available too. Across the road was a nice cafe. Would stay here again!

David’s place was very comfortable and it was great to be able to do a few loads of washing after having been snowboarding. I have suggested David add a hairdryer and a kettle to the apartment which he has agreed to do. It was handy to be able to store my luggage in the apartment until my mid afternoon train. Thank you!

Flo’s place was perfect for our time in Innsbruck. It was a quiet location that was still very walkable to the river and old town. She had numerous recommendations for activities and places to eat. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and very cozy. Flo was super helpful and responsive and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very modern and clean apartment that looks a little bigger in real life than in the pictures and is well equipped. The communication was great and the check-in with the key safe was flexible and easy. An Airbnb home the way you want it.

My mother and I had a great stay at Lucie's AirBnB. Not only location and views were great, Lucie was also a likeable hostess and gave us great activities and hiking tips. I'm sure we'll be back!

We stayed here while we visited the Christmas Market in Munich. Our kids loved playing with the foosball table and sleeping in the loft beds. The host was very responsive and gave recommendations of different markets in the area, and the best way to get to the Munich market.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

My family and I have stayed at Airbnbs around the world. This was easily our favorite accommodation. It is a stunning, spacious, and well-equipped home with amenities to spare. My entire family’s only regret is not staying longer. We hope to return one day soon. The host was also a gem.

The apartment is very large, bright and friendly! There was a large kitchen and large dining area! It was about 10 minutes down the valley to the hallway!

Great place to stay as described in pics. We had beautiful days in Allgäu. The beds should be a little bigger. The host is responsive and responsive to requests. We will be happy to come back!

Close to town & the Zugspitze! Great location & friendly host!

The apartment is super modern and well equipped. Nothing is really missing and everything is very high quality! The landlord is very nice and responds to any request within a very short time. The elevator is a five-minute walk away, making it a perfect location for summer and winter. We had a great week in Samnaun and that was also due to this great apartment. Business trip. As always (already 3rd stay) there was nothing lacking. Very nice landlord, everything clean, highly recommend it.

Our family of 3 stayed at Julian & Lisa’s cosy cottage. The location was at the outskirts of Munich and easily accessible to Munich City with a 20-30mins drive. There are also ample food, cafe and groceries options that are within walking distances. There are also adequately stocked kitchen utensils that allowed us to cook a few meals when the weather was too cold to go outside. The cottage is beautifully built and it looks brand new. It is very clean and well taken care of. Julian and Lisa also prepared some simple snacks to welcome us upon check-in. We are glad to have found this marvelous cosy cottage and to be hosted by the friendly and approachable hosts. They were also very nice to offer us sound advice when we had some concerns with the changing weather conditions. Overall, a highly recommended AirBnB option when you plan to visit Munich. 😊

very nice lighting and xmas decorations with cosy, welcoming touches. Beautiful very private and comfortable apartment. great location, quiet neighborhood, easy walking along the river Wuerm, and access to S-Bahn / train station.

Thank you hosts for being so accommodating with us! Very lovely house, my husband and I loved it! Especially there is now ground coffee to enjoy, the setting is spotless, and it's a good recommendation!

Laura and Stefan are lovely hosts - really proactive in checking that we had everything that we needed and were ok. Great location - accepting that it was out of town. Timing the trains right it was around 25 mins from the house down to Marienplatz and an hour from the airport. Lovely spacious house in a residential area so really quiet. The supermarket 300m away and also just two mins from the station was also really useful. Only suggested improvements would be ; Bigger bath towels. The ones in the double bedrooms were really small and no chance they’d go round even the slimmest of us!! 😂 Also a house manual would be handy so you don’t constantly Bother the hosts eg heating, coffee machine, tv (never did manage to get it working) Really small things though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
