Vacation rentals in Head of Jeddore

I had an amazing, much needed girls weekend here, and very last minute i might add as we booked the morning of. Mark was super responsive and stayed in touch the whole time. Everything was super clean & cozy and the fire place made it very cozy. The only thing i would say wasnt the best was the hottub was very small but would be perfect for 2 people, but 3 was quite a tight squeeze. Overall though everything (but the nova scotia weather) was delightful! Would definitely stay here again

The views exceeded our expectations and the host was very responsive. It was a very cozy home close to local amenities and that had everything we needed. A great space for a group.

Sam was a really good host! Probably one of the cleanest airbnb I have ever rented! Everything was super good. 100% would recommend!

This is a special place! We were extremely lucky with the weather and got a super sunny day (pretty rare for mid April). Beautiful scenery, the sun glinting on the water, the surrounding islands, the vegetation starting to wake up for spring! Highlights - exploring the trails on the island, enjoying the hot tub, watching the geese, plus the host was extremely friendly and responsive. Also really nice that there’s the option for a one night stay. My suggestions for improvements or for people booking a stay here - bring a bathrobe and slipper or sandals, I guess this wouldn’t be an issue in the summer but currently as it’s still pretty cold out - emerging from the hot tub into the April air and getting to the house was like doing a cold plunge lol. Also recommend bringing lots of layers, it is pretty windy and chilly at night. Overall great stay though, in the summer it would be awesome to swim off the dock, use the fire pit and lounge out on the rocks. Very cool place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to visit the surrounding area such as the local Wineries, Lunenburg and Peggy’s Cove. At the end of the day, the log home was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a sunset on the lake. We made great memories this week. Thank you for sharing this beautiful log home with us.

Our family had a fantastic Christmas at Deanna’s. It looks exactly as advertised, and is just really comfortable. Deanna was very helpful and timely in responding to questions, prior to, and during our stay. She was very flexible and accommodating to meet our timing needs. Awesome location and view. The accommodation is great, well taken care of and great for a family stay. Will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

This was an excellent getaway for my dog and me. Chelsi was proactive in her communications and instructions, which made my arrival and stay much more relaxing. Check-in and out was easy and seamless. The hot tub was on and ready for me to use as soon as I dropped my bags, which was exactly what I needed after a long drive. The cabin had ample space, and I loved the unique design of the interior. Chelsi has even provided a telescope to look at the stars at night from the top patio! The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances you could need to make planning meals a breeze. If you want to venture into town, Parrsboro is a charming and welcoming. I enjoyed checking out the local trails, the Fundy Geological Museum, and attending trivia at Two Islands Brewery located on Main St. I would definitely book again.

STUNNING property and location! The home was beautifully decorated with lots of modern touches. It included everything you needed. Lots of cookware/table settings/towels and shower items and was incredibly clean! We were a family of 7 and there was lots of space for everyone to be more than comfortable the whole stay. We loved that we were able to have the two sets of adults in each a bedroom and the kids all shared the room with two beds. The surrounding area is stunning. A quaint little village of locals and other Airbnb's and right on Peggy's Cove. It was incredible! The views are absolutely gorgeous. The only thing we didn't really like was the cost of the cleaning fee. We thought $250 was a bit much for a 3 night stay. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone!
