Vacation rentals with beach access in Hawkesbury River

Spent a wonderful week at Lucy’s beachfront apartment…. The property fronts immediately onto Mona Vale beach. Great beach with safe swimming. Lovely swimming rockpool at the southern end. The accommodation is comfortable and well equipped. No air conditioning but a lovely sea breeze suffices. Cafes at Mona Vale Surf Life Saving Club does nice coffee and breakfast, as does Armchair Collective cafe. Both 5 mins walk from the flat. A 15 min walk into Mona Vale for shops, supermarkets and more cafes. B-line bus connects easily and frequently with central Sydney. Car useful to reach other Northern Beaches but there are bus links. Perfect Beach front accommodation in the lovely Northern Beaches.

Great location and a lovely little place to stay. Very easy to access and parking was very handy to have.

Such a lovely house, with the cutest backyard. The private beach was a real winner for us. We had a lovely stay and visited the beaches in the area. Dinner at Bert’s at Newport was also great! ❤️ great hosts.

It is good location and easy to communicate with the owner. Check in and check out is very easy too and the unit exactly same like the photos.

Michael's apartment is clean and functional, and the location is excellent. The proximity to the beach, walks, and the view of the water are all as described. Michael is responsive, and the apartment was perfect for two people who like coastal walks and spending time at the beach.

Beautiful peaceful spot close to the beach. Despite being small, it was plenty of space for a couple. Given how it’s situated in nature, be aware of the creepy crawlies when hanging out on the deck or balcony - bug spray does the trick. Felt private despite being close to other homes.

Perfect Getaway at Copacabana Our stay in Copacabana, NSW, was exceptional, thanks to the incredible property hosted by Jess and Jonas. Their attention to detail and prompt communication set the stage for a hassle-free vacation. The property boasted a fabulous kitchen and a serene outdoor area with a BBQ and lounges, ideal for relaxation. Located right next to the beach and within walking distance to local shops offering everything from gourmet coffee to fresh bakery goods and more, the location was unbeatable. The addition of a home theatre and canoes enhanced our experience, providing entertainment and activities at our doorstep. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable escape close to Sydney, this property ticks all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and leisure. The thoughtful welcome basket was a cherry on top, making us feel appreciated and well-cared for. A big thank you to Jess and Jonas for a truly wonderful stay.

It was a great house, very accommodating for larger group. Magnificent view and so relaxing!!! Instructions from host to get to place was helpful as was up driveway of other house. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful beachfront home, perfect for families. Amazing outdoor area overlooking the beach and bay. Spacious living area, open plan with the kitchen and dining room. The perfect place for a relaxing getaway, not too far from Sydney, but far enough away to feel like you’re on holiday.

This place was magic. I went to sleep listening to the waves and during the day enjoyed lovely long walks on the beach. The house is spacious, clean and everything you could possibly want was available with brilliant hot water in the showers, a wooden deck at the front to watch the fishing boats and only a few hundred meters to the pub (which I couldn't hear at all and where the food was excellent). I immediately felt very at home in this house and was reminded of childhood holidays by the beach -- except in Margaret's place there was 5G internet available, a good music system, microwave, dishwasher, smart tv and plenty of room to spare. There is nothing with which I could find fault and I hope to return very soon. For a family (slept at least six), a girls week-end, romantic destiny or if you are like me and you want the serenity, then you could not choose a better holiday house or more splendid location.

Waking up to the most breathtaking views of the beach and ocean feels like literally stepping into a postcard! A panorama so stunning it honestly takes your breath away. It’s not often you get to watch the sunrise paint the sky pink from your bed! While the views truly steal the show the apartment itself is a sanctuary of style and luxury. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated. Breakfast on the balcony was basically a scene from a lifestyle magazine; ocean breeze, warm sun, and the distant sound of waves while sipping your morning coffee! I didn’t want to leave. If you havent explored Bondi’s vibrant streets before, it’s easy we got lost in the endless shops and cafes. My partner and I spent our evenings at Icebergs which where we clinked glasses of champers and high-fived ourselves in total appreciation that Victoria squeezed us in for the time we had. I genuinely can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. From start to finish, it exceeded all expectations!

Good place with great location.

This was such an absolute pleasure to stay in this gorgeous property. My family of 4 stayed here and it was so so good, we all loved it! The property is in close proximity to all of the Coogee & Randwick attractions. Huge thank you to Penny for hosting us in your amazing place. Penny was the most amazing, thoughtful , & attentive host & she was always on hand for anything we required. Subtle touches such as Xmas bed linen for our girls were so nice and made us feel right at home. The property itself was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed for our stay, cannot fault anything one bit! Our two little girls just loved the play “cave” which they are still talking about a week later. Wished we could’ve stayed longer but will definitely be returning when we are back in beautiful Sydney 🥰 Thank you!!

Such a beautiful setting and well appointed little apartment which had everything we needed. Emily & David were available and responsive when we needed them but also very conscious of our privacy. Very comfortable space, super clean and there was even a cheese platter & bubbles in the fridge for our arrival along with breakfast supplies. Well thought out set up for their guests. Thank you so very much Emily & David for sharing your little piece of Northern Beaches with my girls & I. Highly recommended. 🙏

This studio apartment is perfectly placed in the middle of down town. Shop till you drop plus Restaurants and coffee shops galore. Within walking distance to all tourist attractions in the downtown core. Al is very accommodating and had many extras not mentioned in his ad.

We recently stayed here whilst visiting Sydney. Nick was an outstanding host. He was very responsive to questions, friendly and helpful - even providing some local recommendations for places to eat which was very useful. He is clearly a host who cares about his guests and their experience. The home is just as described and shown in the pictures. Very clean with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. It was a nice touch have a selection of books, games and puzzles. The location is great. Nice and quiet but within walking distance of all the great attractions and restaurants that Manly has to offer. I will definitely stay at Nick’s place again next time I’m in Manly and highly recommend it to others.
