We had the most amazing weekend at Donna’s place, Turtles. The apartment was clean, well- equipped, spacious, light and bright. The location was perfect for beach access and lovely panoramic views. Donna was polite and friendly in all interactions, responding quickly and providing detailed instructions. We will most definitely be returning to Turtles at Caves Beach, thanks so much Donna!!

What a find! We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. Nestled in a prime location, it's just a stone's throw from all the amenities of Newport yet feels remarkably peaceful and private. The views from the apartment are nothing short of spectacular, providing a stunning backdrop to our getaway. One of the highlights was the private beach, which we often had all to ourselves. There’s something incredibly serene about enjoying a beach day without the crowds. The apartment itself is exquisitely designed, boasting high-quality furniture, sheets, and towels that made our stay even more comfortable. We truly had everything we needed for a wonderful few days of relaxation and enjoyment. We can't wait to return to this delightful spot – it’s become a treasured memory for us! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect escape.

We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the verandah, watching the ocean and beach. It was an easy walk down onto the sand for a swim in the ocean. The beach was patrolled by lifesavers while we were there and the baths was another option. Inside the unit everything was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We really feel like we have had a beach holiday and would certainly return again.

Although we've stayed in locations with more breathtaking views or more luxurious homes, we've never encountered hosts who provided such exceptional service. The experience felt like staying with family—warm, welcoming, and with a genuine sense that nothing was ever too much trouble. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was remarkable. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, providing personal touches that made our visit truly memorable. The property itself was amazing from top to bottom. Every room was not only well-appointed but also maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. When I say it was clean, I mean it was truly spotless—something that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this experience set a new benchmark.

very nice and spacious place. it is clean and has 3 large bedrooms. Although only 1 bedroom has air conditioning, didn't realised until we got there.

We had a beautiful relaxing stay here for a girls weekend! Such beautiful views and the house was very comfortable and spacious. House was a little difficult to find at first using GPS and also for our grocery delivery, but once we were there using Michael’s instructions it was fine. About a 10 minute walk to the beach or short 2 minute drive. During our stay we got a local masseuse to come to the house for massages which was a real treat, Kat’s remedial massage, highly recommend she was absolutely amazing and located on the same street. We would definitely come and stay again if we were in the area! Thanks Michael!!

A fantastic spot that felt very private while still being incredibly close to the beach and a good, walkable distance to get to town quickly. Loved the layout, being able to open up the house and relax, the comfy beds and couches, and great amenities throughout. We appreciated having a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed for the times we chose to eat in. We loved our stay here, thank you Fran!

We love spending time beach time, we have made it an annual holiday tradition! Geoff and Kellie do an amazing job and the house is beautiful! It’s a home away from home and you feel safe visiting with your dogs. We hate leaving and count down the days till we are back again.

A fantastic family vacation close to Sydney. We were here for a long weekend and made the most of the beach access, nearby restaurants and playground and access to the Royal National Park. The house itself is an old beach shack which has a few quirks, still we would love to come back. The hosts are lovely, very accommodating, and responsive!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this cosy BnB - Glenn's place is situated in a gorgeous neighbourhood 5 minutes from shops, restaurants and a metro to the rest of the city. The studio flat was the perfect space for a solo traveller like myself and Glenn was responsive to any queries (Internet wasn't avaliable and he informed me it was an outage with the provider before it later came back the following day) Suitable amenities for cooking most meals and a very handy clothes washer too! Highly recommend for any solo travellers coming to Sydney

wonderful one bedroom flat below the house with a separate entrance, there's a steep driveway to lug your cases up but well worth the climb! It's a clutter free space, everything you need including beach sarongs and an umbrella. there's a full booklet with so much useful information on the area, things to do restaurants etc, air con & fans a gas bbq and a view over whale beach, what more can one want. love to return, thank you Emily & family for making our stay so enjoyable.

The location of Giorgio's place is second to none, the views are everything you'd want from a stay in Bondi. The apartment is super homely & comfortable, we were able to cook at home with the kitchen having everything we needed and spent the evening watching movie on the very cosy and extra large sofa. We'd book this beautiful period property for every visit to Bondi & we'd recommend you do too. All in all a 5* stay!

I had a wonderful stay in Al’s place. He was kind enough to let me check in early after a long overseas flight. The apartment is extremely well located for walking around and seeing the sights and the view out the window to the harbor is top notch. Would happily stay again on a future visit.

Apartment was everything & more than we expected. Very clean & tidy, perfect location, walking distance to beaches, cafes & restaurants. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. Added bonus was the off street parking! Would highly recommend staying at Lisa's place. Will be back for sure!
