The apartment is stunning, with everything you could want for a cosy, stylish stay in freezing January. The location was great for the University and Arthur's seat, not to mention Hollyrood distillery! Ben was great on communication; highly recommended.

This apartment is well placed within walking distance to many attractions. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was well appointed. Giovanna and Angelo were very responsive. We would happily stay at the apartment again.

I had such a lovely time, from arrival up until I left. The flat was so cozy and clean and I felt right at home. Will definitely use this place again when I return. Perfect distance from the town and I found my way around very quickly.

Just a beautiful apartment. Really large bedrooms, great kitchen and living room and everything you need in terms of utensils and equipment. The nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Parking was easy. The property is about 3 minutes off the M8, meaning it is easy to travel to and from. So quiet and cosy. Andy is a brilliant host. Chapeau!

Fantastic location. But be careful about driving into central Edinburgh. We did not realise princes Street was not for car traffic and were led along it. don't go that way. Once we found way into the south back lanes off Rose St we were fine, though we needed someone to stay in the car while we unloaded. Tasteful and commodious flat to stay in. All mod cons.

The perfect spot for us to explore the borders , very comfortable.

Thank you Jamie we had a lovely stay at your place. Virtually everything was really good and it was easy to communicate. We all loved the flat and the facilities and it is close to the city centre. Think the apartment did need a kettle though.

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

Marie was extremely helpful and responsive from check in to checkout, made sure we could find the house without any trouble and that it had everythingwe needed (and more!) to feel right at home. It was perfectly equipped and we even had breakfast foods available which made our first night much smoother. The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It is only meters away from the train station and bus stops which quickly took us right into the city center. Would 100% recommend staying at Marie's and would love to be back myself if I am back in Edimburgh.

Cosy and ingenious use of space. Loved the thoughtful decor and the fabulous selection of books. Within easy walking distance of shops and the lovely Milan restaurant.

Lovely spot in the Tarset valley. Feels so cosy and in the middle of nowhere but actually close to all sorts of pubs and Bellingham. Comfy bed as well

This stay was truly amazing!The environment is very warm, the room is clean and tidy, and the place is very characteristic, making it feel like a home.The host was very welcoming and provided a detailed check in guide and was very considerate.The location of the accommodation is convenient, the surrounding transportation is very close to various attractions.It is very quiet at night and sleeps specially.Next time to play here, will definitely choose this place again!Highly recommended for all of your traveling friends.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

Amazing location - very close to everything you’d want to visit in Edinburgh. Super clean and loved that there was an iron. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Edinburgh.

Loved this apartment. On a quiet street near the tram stop. Felt very safe to walk even at night. The apartment itself was wow ! High ceilings tastefully decorated had everything we needed. Would highly recommend

Great place to be in the center of Edinburgh. We chose to be on the Royal Mile, so you have to expect some street noise at night. If you want 100% quiet, go to the suburbs. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Adjustable radiators in each bedroom were great for those who run hot or cold at night.

Excellent communication prior to the stay followed by an easy check in etc. The property is as described and in a fantastic location with much to see, do, eat and drink all right outside the front door. Would 100% return and also recommend

We loved staying at Ella and Robin’s place. They really went above and beyond to make it comfortable. We especially loved the Christmas tree! The living room is beautiful and cozy and the shower is amazing. They stocked the bathroom with shampoo and other toiletries, which was a nice touch as well. It’s a little bit of a walk to the old city but it’s close enough to get back and forth easily and the surrounding area is nice and quiet. Highly recommend!

Andrew is an extremely helpful host and I felt very grateful to be staying there particularly as my travel plans had to change last minute requiring an extended stay. Andrew considered accommodation options for me and kept me informed consistently. He went over and above and it was a wonderful stay. His flat is very peaceful and calming.
