This is a very nice condo located next to beautiful neighborhoods and parks in Baltimore. I really liked the spare, modern decor. My dog Marley liked all the nice places to walk. One big concern, though. The HVAC system was too weak to adequately cool either of the bedrooms. Only the living room / kitchen area were comfortable on a warm day. Luckily I had one warm day, and the rest were cool, so it worked out fine. But I think in summer, it could be stifling hot. (Also, it’s on the top floor). There were, however, two extremely strong fans that helped get air circulation in the bedroom.

The place was charming and quintessential York. The parking garage was convenient for our weekend stay and getting in and out of the condo was easy. The condo itself had very comfortable beds and couch and the kitchen was nice. This is our second time staying here for a tournament and we will likely try again if we come back.

Lance's apt was a perfect spot to land for the 3 weeks I spent in Baltimore. The apt matched the photos pretty accurately. I will say from the photos I thought the little office was a separate room next to the bathroom, but in reality is it part of the foyer entry way of the apt so I did not end up using it because it felt more like a doorway than an office. I loved the aesthetic and vibe of the apt. The couch is definitely cute, but not cozy haha! I was glad I brought my own pots and pans with me because a lot of the cooking stuff I found in the kitchen wasn't totally clean. Plan to bring all your own staples (coffee, oil, condiments, shampoo, soap, etc.). Lance was super warm and welcoming. He gave me great tips about the area and was super helpful in all regards. It felt nice to stay in a property where the owner is right nearby and clearly cares a lot about the space. I would certainly stay again!

Gretchen was so kind and made us feel right at home. She even left some groceries for us in the fridge since we were getting in in the evening with our two little kids! Anything we needed or questions we had she was always available and answered within minutes. I absolutely recommend staying here!

Everything about this airbnb was wonderful for our dtay in Chestertown! You can not beat the location- right across the street was a wonderful bakery and we were just a few minutes walk away from numerous restaurants, the farmers market, and the park. We felt very comfortable and even with 2 small kids the appartment was spacious and easy to maintain during our stay. I am hoping we can stay there the next time we are in Chestertown- it was a great apartment and Julie was a great host!
