Beautiful home on beautiful property. We came to see the autumn colors and the trees surrounding the home were so vibrant! Quiet, calming and relatively close to a lot of great things to do. Everything was very clean and it was nice having separate bathrooms upstairs. There was a light musty smell mostly on the main floor that people with allergies might be sensitive to. Also to note, the main house and the guesthouse are attached, but there is a private driveway coming from Munsey Hill Rd to the guesthouse that wasn’t clear on our phone maps. Overall a great stay and great home!

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

We will definitely be back! This is the perfect ski chalet just two minutes from Gunstock mountain! Perfect for families!

Loved our stay! The radiant floors were fabulous and the two far apart bedrooms were perfect for us, 2 couples, over Valentine’s Day weekend. A little bummed out the tub jets didn’t work, but still made great use of the gorgeous tub after long ski days!

We had a great weekend in Alton at Liz’s place. Liz was super responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip - and the house exceeded our expectations. Definitely the highlight of our summer.

We stayed at this property for a Bretton Woods weekend ski trip for four adults and two young children. Everything was perfect. Check-in was smooth. The owner sent access information a few days in advance. The house's layout worked well for having both shared and private spaces. We didn't use the upstairs game room much but it would have been great for slightly older kids. The whole house was very clean. We had no issues with utilities or electronics. Showers have good water pressure and there was no issue with hot water. I thought the bed was comfortable. The pellet burner really warms up the central kitchen/living room area. The location is perfect for accessing Bretton Woods during the day and Bethlehem or Littleton in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet but only a minute or so from Rt. 302. Overall, this house is an excellent option for anyone looking to access Bretton Woods/Mount Washington.

Beautiful property in a very private, peaceful setting but still close to local amenities and rt. 89 & 91. We were very happy with the home and the host. Everything was as advertised and it was a very easy process. We would not hesitate to come back and recommend this property to others.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Heidi's was exactly what we expected and good value. The views in pretty much every direction from her home are just stunning this fall and we loved stepping outside each morning by quiet Opechee Lake. Our Labrador had a great time too with lots of space to run around.

We had a fantastic stay here! So insanely beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The apartment is very charming and spacious. I do think its kind of silly Airbnb won't let them list the interior room as a bedroom. It is a large room and nice dark sleeping space. I really appreciate they allow dogs. We had no issues and really enjoyed out stay! We will be back.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Amy's place is truly a gem. it's spotless, well-appointed, and super cozy. The king bed is very comfortable, and the gas fireplace ads a relaxing vibe to the space. Amy sent clear instructions for check in and answered our questions within minutes. We had a great time and can't wait to come back!

This is our second stay at this place. It was perfect for our 3 day trip to ski and visit the area. I was excited to see they added a gym also to the lodge as well. Will definitely book again!

Paul's place was absolutely perfect. Looks exactly like the photos and is so cozy and charming. The bedrooms are very similar in size, very comfortable and on a different floor from the living room/kitchen which was great. The location cannot be beat and while above a very popular restaurant, we never once heard a sound from them. Check-in was very easy and the place had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our weekend at Paul's place!

This is a great place to get away from a busy life as it is remote, very quiet and peaceful. Luckily we came on Subaru, for a slightly over 2 miles you need to drive on a non-paved road, gravel, and during the winter on the snow. Place has all necessary things we needed. Sharon took great care of the apartment, and Richard took care of the snow on the property. we could come back again!

When we got to the mansion, Andy couldn’t be more welcoming from the time we got there til the time we left. It was even my son’s 18th birthday and they made a cake for him. He recommended good restaurants to eat at and we felt at home in a short time. We will definitely be coming back again thank you Andy for everything you went above and beyond our expectations. The place is historic and it was so cool the history there as well. Very peaceful place.

Great stay at this location. Owner was friendly and very responsive. This is a large home with a bedroom on the main floor and 4 others upstairs. The kids room we call the Peter Pan room as it is right off of another room with twin beds. So cute! The house has tall ceilings and big rooms with real beds in each one to suit your guests. The home is a very special place where you are minutes to Woodstock but have true privacy and amazing views. A great stay. Will be back soon.
