Apartment vacation rentals in Havel

I recommend Martin's place to anyone! It's great, clean, spacious and in a great location, with the U8 metro just a 2-minute walk away. There were 4 of us (2 couples) and the apartment exactly matched Martin's description and we also found it really great, well-stocked and with everything you need, even in the kitchen! If we go back to Berlin, we'll definitely book with Martin again. Thank you very much, great apartment and great value!

My sister and my cousin had such a great time in this apartment. Perfect for two people and located in lovely Schöneberg. Gerhard welcomed them so nicely, and was available to us the entire time. Would definitely book again in the future!

We had an excellent stay in Michele's apartment. It is in a very accesible location, with easy reach of many attractions on the M10 tram. There are plenty of local shops to stock up with food, if needed. The apartment itself is a spacious three bed on the ground floor. Each bedroom is large with a double bed. The kitchen is functional and there is a nice sitting area to either relax or eat. There are two large bathrooms, which have been modernised, each having an excellent walk in shower. We had no issues at all, but Michele and his dad, Ricardo, were very responsive. This flat 100% exceeded my expectations and I absolutely recommend.

Perfect apartment for an extended stay in Berlin, also well connected by metro, s-bahn and tram a few steps away, also very close to the S9 arrival station directly from the airport. The apartment is beautiful, furnished with style and very clean, equipped with everything you need to cook, including welcome offers. The host Tamara is very helpful and kind, with accurate communication and local advice; among the best hosts ever! Highly recommended!

The host was super friendly and always replied quickly to my messages! They gave me a bunch of local recommendations as well. Place was super clean, and fully eqquiped for anyone who wants to cook a full meal!

Very nice apartment in one of the most popular quarters of Berlin - Kreuzberg. The most interesting part of it isn't in the immediate proximity but you only need about 15 min walk to get to the Bergmannstraße where you can find amazing shops, cafés and restaurants (don't miss "Frau Behrens Torten" café). The apartment is on a busy street but it has high-quality darkening curtains which not only help filter out street lamps light but also traffic noise. The furnishing is quite modern, the apartment itself historic - it has beautiful stucco on the ceiling. When I arrived, the inside temperature wasn't sufficient for freezing January days but I was given instructions how to heat the rooms up.

Lovely flat in a really handy spot next to the train station. Comfortable, clean with good amenities and a very helpful host. Shower was very good and powerful. If you’re not a couple then let him know what other beds you’ll be needing made up. There really are a lots of stairs as it’s a top flat so only for fitter people. The street below can appear a bit unsafe but it’s because there’s graffiti everywhere (it is Berlin!) and sometimes people around the shop below but we found it to be fine and not a problem.

The apartment is modern and clean. The landlords are nice and always available. Quiet location. Highly recommended.

The stay was beautiful. Jorg host is a very friendly, friendly man, ready to help if needed. The place is cozy, clean and bright, located near a cozy park. Three supermarkets, a bakery, are 5 minutes from the property. The city of Vernoichen is calm and convenient, in a very convenient location to Berlin, which is very quick to reach by regional train. Thank you Jorg host for a great stay!

First time in Berlin and I think I was very lucky to have a place as good as this to stay. Strong recommend from me!

Alice's home was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean, and nice. Very close to the train and right near a grocery store. The residential area was quiet. There were some nice restaurants in the area that Alice recommended. She was very responsive. Overall a great experience!

A great and beautiful flat, exactly as the description and the photos. Very confortable beds with lots of fluffy towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of essentials in the cupboards. The only slight thing is 2 bedrooms are on a busy road, it has triple glazed windows but if you are not used to a busy city, you might hear it in the background. It is not a real issue, it depends with what you are used too. Overall a great stay.

A great apartment in a nice area with good public transport links and excellent restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean , stylish and filled with great art. A true gem in central Berlin. Communication was impeccable. We will definitely return next year.

Alexander was a terrific host! He had plenty of great recommendations, was always available to answer questions and gave a thorough walk through of the apartment upon arrival. The location is walkable to the train and many good restaurants/clubs/etc. The apartment itself is spacious, well designed and comfortable for three people. Highly recommend for a trip to Berlin!

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10

Beautiful spot. Cosy and welcoming. Great kitchen with all items and utensils needed to cook for a few people. We had a great time in the sauna and beautiful walks around the lake. Comfortable beds and cosy soft sofas.

We spent one night with dog and really enjoyed our stay. A very quiet location with beautiful walks and of course the hot tub, which we were very happy to use in the evening. The apartment was clean and as shown on the pictures, there was nothing missing and we can only recommend the place. Best from Berlin.
