Ideally located on the Gavot plateau to enjoy the joys of cycling, walks and hikes on marked trails. Genève is 1 hour by car, Chamonix 1 hour 40 minutes. Lake Geneva beaches 15 min away

Le Petite Maison Neuvecelle is a charming village house on the heights of Evian with fenced terrace and south-facing garden. Possibility to bring a motorcycle on the terrace.
