This duplex apartment is simply beautiful. The bed is very comfortable and the windows and fans provide a great breeze. I very much appreciated the Nespresso pods and also the marvelous tips about where to visit and eat. The bakery Conte on the next block is exquisite; I only knew to visit because of my hosts. Also the location is 5 mins from the metro, the Garonne, Musée des Augustins, Carmes market, and Place St George. I loved my stay here. Finally there is a small desk where I was able to get a lot of work done in comfort and the Internet was problem free. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic all round, couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would’ve liked to stay a few extra nights. We were looking for a few relaxing days before a friends busy wedding weekend (we have four month old twins) and only chose this location a few days before arriving. Seeing the pictures and reviews, we knew it was going to be nice but not quite as nice, peaceful and friendly that it was. Beautifully kept rooms and amenities, fantastic hospitality (definitely pay for the breakfast - you will not be disappointed!), just wish we could’ve used the great facilities like our pre-child days! Thank you Julien and team - we had the best stay... and breakfast!

We had a lovely stay at Annemone's place, the accommodation is very clean new and tastefully decorated. The estate is beautiful, very green and quiet, the pool and jacuzzi are available, a little extra to spend a pleasant time in this peaceful place. Annemone and Alexander were very pleasant, responsive and caring hosts . Alexander was kind enough to offer me a visit to the mansion before departure, it was a very good time to exchange to finish the stay. I can only recommend this place +++
