The apartment was spacious and had a great view. Within walking distance were bakery, sea access and a small supermarket. We often drove to Bastia, 10 min, and enjoyed the flair of the city. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, the only disturbing element were the mosquitoes.

Me and my wife had two really nice days at the appartment. Everything is new and there is what you need for a good holiday. Really nice views of the harbour and only a very short walk to the city center/ harbour. Highly reccomendable.

This is a beautiful and extremely clean apartment with amazing views. It has all the amnesties needed for a great air bnb stay in a foreign country. It is also located in the heart of the cultural area central to all the best tourist attractions of Bastia, which we greatly enjoyed. On this note, please be mindful there are 5 steep staircases to climb in order to reach the apartment which is understandable as this is an old building. This would definitely be a physically challenging task to someone unable to carry their own luggage up this many steps. It wasn’t an issue to me as my husband was with me, but it is something to strongly consider. Overall it was a very nice stay and I do recommend it.

Clean apartment, well equipped, super well located, (car noise is quickly forgotten), very comfortable bedding, I recommend it! Sonia welcomed us warmly until we picked us up directly from the airport! A big thank you for his hospitality.

The apartment is the same as in the pictures and in the description. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The furnishings are very harmonious and new. The bed linen + towels smelled wonderful. In the house is quiet: we did not hear a sports studio. There is no balcony, but we hadn't missed it because the beach is within walking distance. Very close is a very good baker and vegetable shop. We were able to do our little shopping. Dogs are not allowed on the beach. People have tolerated our Mirabelle. The beach is clean and at the beach is very good restaurant. Lucas as a host, a wonderful person. We exchanged very intensively and uncomplicatedly and received many tips. Rarely have you met such a nice and accommodating person. We wish him continued success with his place and many new guests. The small drawback was the public parking lot, which was often very crowded. Best regards

ideal accommodation for a week in Porticcio, in the main residence of the locality. simple but well designed accommodation, crossing, and well oriented to thwart the heat without air conditioning. it is easy to park there, the beach and shops are very close but difficult to reach on foot in the middle of summer ( like the majority of porticcio rentals. ) very good value for money, I recommend.

Great stay: - New and modern accommodation with all the necessities. - Very nice family with attention on arrival and during the stay (canistrelli, fresh fruit, etc...). - Close to the beach. I would highly recommend it! We will be back with pleasure!

We had a lovely time. The apartment is right by the pool and to the beach it is only 4 min walk, which is really very convenient. This one has rather darker sand and also stones. Easy to pack bathing shoes. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The complex is generally very well maintained. There was also a welcome greeting. Martial is very friendly, easy to reach and gives you good tips. Nearby, the street food restaurant "GQ" with great food and very friendly staff. The food there can also be ordered to take. We were very pleased.

Superb quiet apartment in a beautiful secure residence. Furnished and decorated tastefully a very large equipped terrace..large kitchen /S to M and three beautiful bedrooms...happiness.. than the most for this stay in Corsica. I highly recommend it, and will return there without a second thought.

We had a wonderful family stay at the Marea Resort Residence this summer. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a team that was always ready to respond to our needs. The residence is ideally located, offering a peaceful setting while being close to Bastia. The homes are modern and impeccably clean, perfect for a family stay. The facilities are excellent, with a well-maintained pool. The garden and green spaces are beautiful, conducive to relaxation and outdoor games. In summary, we highly recommend for your vacation. It's a place to feel at home, with quality service and an idyllic setting. We'll be happy to go back!

Particularly noteworthy is the great communication with the host, who supported us with valuable tips about the area. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need for everyday life. We discovered the accommodation offered by Charles Henri. it is perfectly suited to 4 people, kitchen hyper equipped with equipment but also with the basic ingredients for cooking, everything is there, nothing is missing. It's very pleasant when, like us, you only stay a few nights, no need to provide the "kitchen base". the rooms are very comfortable and the environment is extremely quiet. beautiful view of the surroundings when you have breakfast in the morning, it's extra. Charles Henri is super responsive to all requests. we would highly recommend.

New villa, newly built,modern and with all comforts for 16/17 people,ample indoor parking to hold 5/6 cars. The room dedicated to children with 6 beds is really interesting if the children all sleep together. The kitchen,bathrooms and brand new amenities are very well equipped, very tastefully furnished. The outdoor area is very comfortable and convivial, both the pool area and the terrace where you can eat comfortably in 17/18 people. Spacious rooms, spacious bathrooms with all comforts,drawers,shelves,hairdryer. The pool is very large and really very nice, there is a robot to clean it. Very positive experience!

Arrived for 4 couples of friends for a week. Sophie gave us a very friendly welcome and remains available if needed the view is beautiful, the house is very functional and well equipped. There's nothing missing! A little extra with the bathroom in each bedroom . the environment is very quiet. We highly recommend this house
